Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
EU customers. I hope you will love the items you buy from me but if for any reason you change your mind in the 14 days after delivery, simply return the item in sellable condition for a full refund of the purchase amount and original shipping. You must pay for the return shipping. (We estimate your return shipping costs to be approximately 1.5 times our shipping charge.) After 14 days please contact me to see what can be done.

If claiming for damaged items I require a photograph of the damage in order to process refunds and put in claims with the carriers.

Payment
I accept PayPal or Direct checkout payments. Credit/Debit cards can be used with either of these processors. Payment must be received in full prior to the item being shipped. Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping and all fees will be returned. The buyer is liable for any and all taxes due on the items and any other charges. Customers outside the UK should ensure that it is legal to import wood or plant products, as Wudwerx will not refund the cost of any charges, fees or taxes the items may incur.
Shipping
Most UK purchases are sent with a courier. This is a 3-5 day service. If you want faster shipping contact me to check availability and pricing.
Express shipping, where offered, is a next business day service. The cut off for this is 11am, so items ordered after 11am will not ship until the next business day, for delivery the day after. I reserve the right to withdraw this service at any time, but will refund if orders have already been placed.

European orders are sent with the Royal Mail. Delivery times are 1-2 weeks for mainland Europe. The customer is liable for any taxes, fees, charges or treatments for the product.

Canadian orders are sent with Royal Mail. Delivery times vary from 1 - 4 weeks. The customer is liable for any taxes, fees, charges and treatments for the product. I will not investigate missing parcels until the Royal Mail deadline has passed.

USA orders are sent by courier. Please supply a phone number to be passed to the courier to aid delivery. Delivery usually takes around 7-10 days. Tracking will be supplied to the email address provided at checkout.

PERSONALISED ITEMS.

I offer the ability to have most items personalised. When you order please either include a "note to seller" when checking out, or send me a message with your required text for engraving after checkout.
Check the listing for the maximum amount of characters permitted. There may be a small amount of leeway, but message me first.
I will engrave EXACTLY what you provide me with, so ensure it is correct! Double check spelling, dates, numbers, punctuation as once it is engraved it is not refundable!
Personalised items are excluded from our returns policy, unless faulty. In the event of damage we will replace the item with another with the ORIGINAL text engraved on it. We sadly are unable to refund or change the supplied text.
If you select the personalised option and don't let me know what you'd like, I will contact you through the Etsy convo system to find out what you'd like engraved. If I don't hear from you within 1 week I will refund the personalisation charge and send an unpersonalised item.
Privacy
This Privacy Policy describes how and when we collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from us, contact us, or otherwise use our services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to us), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order of engraving, for example), if you contact us directly.
We use this information to provide the service you have purchased, and to send you your products.


2. Why we need your information and how we use it

We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
as needed to provide our services, such as when we use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for our mailing list;
if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law;
and as necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving our services. We use your information to provide the services you requested and in our legitimate interest to improve our services; and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. 3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

Information about our customers is important to our business. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

-Etsy. We share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
-Service providers. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
-Business transfers. If we sell or merge our business, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. We generally keep your data for the following time period: 7 years.


5. Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU

We may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, we may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If we are deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud & other services are Privacy Shield certified.

Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict our use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where we are required to store data for legal reasons) we will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Object. You can object to (i) our processing of some of your information based on our legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from us after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, we will delete your personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about our use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
