Just a quick F.Y.I. about why we are here:

We are here to sell you unique, quality items that we hope will add a little extra character into your life / home.

Our goal is to create a positive relationship with satisfied buyers, so that we can continue to provide you with our unique finds.

Any questions, comments, concerns, we encourage you to get in touch with us so that we may accomodate your needs!

Accepted payment methods

Payment
Payment is due immediately upon purchase; however, if you require more time, please let us know so that we may accommodate you.

Paypal is a preferred method of paying, as it is fast and secure. Once payment is received, we will then ship your item within a five business days (maximum).

Please note that you do not need a Paypal account to use your Credit or Debit Card through Paypal.

If you would like to use any other method of payment, please contact us immediately.
Shipping
No matter where you are in the world, we encourage you to contact us for a quote!

Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days, after receipt of payment.

Contact us if you need rush shipping; however, the shipping cost may increase (depending on the Post prices).

If you require your item to be shipped out immediately for any reason, just let us know, we'll work with ya!

Please make sure that your address is correct on Paypal AND Etsy.

We are NOT responsible for: custom/duty fees; postal transit times; or delayed, lost or damaged packages.

If you would like insurance on your package, please contact us BEFORE you pay and we will send you a revised invoice with insurance added.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or for any other reason, your money will be refunded to you (minus the shipping charges). We will contact you immediately for your instructions whether you wish to be refunded, or whether you wish for the item to be reshipped (further shipping charges will apply).

Some international shipments can be delayed due to Customs, so please allow extra time for this possibility as well. We are NOT responsible for any customs or taxes due.

Canada Orders usually arrive, once dropped in the Post, 3-9 business days.

U.S.A. Orders usually arrive, once dropped in the post, 6-12 business days.

Overseas shipments, in some rare occasions, may take up to 75 business days (however, Canada Post does try to get it to you 6-8 weeks).

Combined Shipping:

We do combine shipping if more than one item is purchased. Although there is no set rate, we are more than happy to accommodate you and figure out the closest rate to your area on more than one item.

Shipping Rates:

Please note that the shipping amount listed is estimated at the highest amount from Ontario to British Columbia; and from Ontario to Texas. If you live closer, it will be less and we can either send a revised invoice or refund the difference. We encourage you to contact us with your Postal/ZIP code for an accurate rate.
Refunds and Exchanges
You are purchasing vintage / antique items. These items are expected to have reasonable wear and tear.

We will describe each item as carefully as possible, ensuring that you are fully informed as to its current condition.

Please contact us immediately with questions or concerns about your item before leaving feedback.

Our refund policy is dealt on an individual basis.

Our goal when wrapping up items is to (a) use as much recycled / reused supplies as possible; (b) get creative with the packaging to avoid using bigger boxes if not necessary; and (c) save everyone money!
