Payment
Paypal is preferred, but I will also accept Money Order and Personal Cheques; however, orders will not ship until payment has cleared. No exceptions.
Shipping
The listing shipping costs represent STANDARD shipping by Canada Post to your destination in Canada, USA or the EU. If you live outside of these areas, please contact me for a shipping quote BEFORE you purchase an item. I will provide you with a shipping quote for approval and upon acceptance, I will provide you with a reserved listing to include these previously approved shipping costs.
Should you wish to purchase EXPEDITED or PRIORITY deliveries at additional cost to you, please advise prior to to purchase and I will be happy to accommodate your needs. I will provide you with a shipping quote outlining your direct costs and options for delivery for your review. Once I have received approval for your selected shipping costs, I will provide you with a reserved listing for your purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be considered on an individual case by case basis. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for goods that have been used, altered, or damaged in any way.

I welcome custom orders, but will accept them on a limited basis as I live on and manage a horse/sheep farm in addition to managing my two Etsy shops. My animals' welfare is always my first priority.
