Below is a description of our order fulfillment process. Most orders will ship within 3-5 business days of being placed. If you need something sooner be sure you choose priority processing and shipping.

1) When we pull your order to be filled, your order status will change to "IN PROCESS". Once your order is in process the time it takes will depend on what you ordered. Larger orders will generally take longer to complete than smaller ones.

2) Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will generate a tracking number for you. It make take 24-48 hours for you to see movement on that package since it will depend on when our mail pickup takes place.

3) If you ordered a hand-blended product, expect a longer time in process. These products take time to create and can delay the processing of your order, since everything is blended only after it is ordered.
