Refunds and Exchanges
If this shop made a mistake and a new item is not wanted I will issue a full refund plus the shipping fee you paid my shop at checkout within 14 days of the receipt date of your item .The receipt date is determined by the tracking information. The refund will be given when the item or items have been returned to me in an unused and unworn state and will be issued within 5 business days of my receiving your item in stock. Unfortunately personalized items are not returnable unless my shop made a mistake on the order. Personalized means a specific size chosen other than the standard size listed , or any changes you request to the standard listing. Any item returned must be in new, unworn condition.If you purchased an item that is not a mistake by my shop or personalized in any way you may return the item for a full refund minus the shipping fee you paid my shop at checkout but you must contact me prior to sending the item back and I must be contacted within 14 days of the receipt of the item. When you have an item that needs to be returned it must be put in the mail within 4 days of our discussion.
