I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
► I photograph and describe all items as clear as possible. Please, be sure to check all photos, descriptions and measurements and feel free to message me if you have any additional questions about the garments. I usually respond to all messages within few hours. Knowing all information that you might need will help you make a happy purchase. Thank you :)

► I will accept a return, although this doesn't cover items on sale. In the event of this the buyer will be responsible for return postage and packaging costs.

All online payments are welcome.
Shipping
► Shipping: your order will be shipped via1st class registered mail (with tracking number). Orders are usually shipped the next business day after receiving the payment.

► Estimated delivery: Europe 3-5 business days, United States and Canada 5-7 business days, rest of the World 7-14 business days. You'll receive a shipping notification, together with the tracking number.

U.S. CUSTOMERS !!! - i'm aware that the usps website doesn't always update the tracking info properly - if you have a problem / if your package isn't delivered within 9 business days, please, call the 1800 number found on the USPS website under customer service, they will call the local post office and have them open a case for the post master to investigate. Sometimes, packages get bogged down at the post office and your inquiry from the higher level helps shake it loose. Don't give up on it.

► I am not responsible for customs charges or shipping delays. If your package gets lost/delayed in transit, which unfortunately can happen from time to time, I will contact the post office and file a claim for a lost package if the shipping/delivery period exceeds 30 days. The 30 days period is determinated by the post office.

► Customer shopping @XZOUIX is responsible for any contingent customs charges.

► If your package cannot be delivered and is returned to me you will be responsible for the repeat postage costs. Usually this happens due to an incorrect delivery address. Please, double check your delivery address before making a purchase.
