5 out of 5 starsBought 2 vintage leather coats. They fit great and in excellent shape. Would definitely recommend seller. Trumps customs fees were about 15% and Fed Ex charged a storage fee after 3 days and it took 5 days to clear customs. So had a processing fee of about $16 and storage fee of about $22. These are no fault of seller, I am just posting so others know they will be charged not only customs fees but likely storage/processing fees from Fedex. Seller made me aware in advance that there would be customs fees. Thank you!

5 out of 5 starsThis coat is absolutely gorgeous and looks fabulous oversized on me. The quality of the leather is superb and I love the cognac brown color. The seller is super friendly and kind-hearted. The shipping company made an error, which led to a delay and the seller stepped in to help me right away. Her communication was super fast and I felt like I was talking to a long time friend. Thank you a million and I will definitely purchase from your store in the near future.

SHIPPING
• Priority shipping & tracking number is provided with every purchase.
• All ready-to-ship orders are shipped the next day after processing the payment. To get the same day shipping make a purchase before 1PM CET / 7AM EST. (For products made-to-order see the product descriptions.)
• Estimated delivery: Europe 3-5 business days, USA and Canada 5-9 business days, rest of the World 7-14 business days.
• Shipping costs depend on a weight of the package.
• Well Weathered Co. is not responsible for shipping delays. If your package gets delayed/lost in transit (happens very rarely), I will contact the post office and file a claim for a lost package if the shipping period exceeds 30 days. The 30 days period is determined by the post office.
DELIVERY
• If you're not at home at the time of delivery, your package will be sent to your post office. Pick it up within the reserved timeline given by the post office, otherwise the package may be marked as undeliverable and sent to lost & found, to then be retrieved at a high fee.*
• If the purchase cannot be delivered and is returned to Well Weathered Co. the customer will be charged the original shipping fee. The fee will be deducted from the refund. Usually this can happen due to an incorrect delivery address. Please, double check your address before the check out.
* In case the customer doesn't follow delivery instructions given by the post office, the seller will not be held responsible for any following actions taken by the post office.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you’re not happy with your purchase and want to return or exchange it, please, contact Well Weathered Co. before doing so. Every product must be unused, clean, and have the original tags attached. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Contact Well Weathered Co. within: 14 days of delivery
• Ship item back within: 30 days of delivery
• Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees
• Buyer is responsible for the exchange shipping costs and fees
• Refund or replacement for the item will be sent to the buyer as soon as the returned item arrives back to the seller in unchanged condition
• The item is recommended to be sent back with a tracking number

END OF THE PRODUCT LIFECYCLE
When your clothing reaches an end of its life, please, don't dispose it in a general waste bin. That way you'd send your clothing directly to the landfill. Dispose it in a recycling bin designated for textile waste. By doing this, you're actively doing your part in preserving the environment.
If you have clothing that you don’t wear anymore and don't want to have in your wardrobe, consider donating it to a charity. Not only will you give your clothing another chance, you will also help someone who's in need.*
