XantagePointe has an "All Sales Final" policy, so returns of any kind will not be accepted. Please be sure to completely read descriptions and view all photos before completing a transaction. If you are inadvertently shipped the incorrect item(s), then of course that mistake would be rectified.

Yes. Items purchased on the same invoice will be shipped together in same box or package. Most items already ship for free, but ones with a charge bought on the same order will qualify for a single shipping fee if they all fit in a flat rate box. Larger items that need to be packaged in a separate box would be the exception. Those items would need to be charged, additionally.

When multiple items are purchased on the same order, I can certainly offer a discount. The amount would depend on the number of items, and the total before any discount. Just send a message over before completing purchase and we'll make it happen!

At this time, no cancellation requests will be accepted. Please view all photos and descriptions, plus make sure you're satisfied with all shop policies and the item prior to purchasing. Once transaction is completed, we will do all we can to ensure superior customer service and fast shipping, which processing times may vary by item.
