Our hobby turned into full time jobs.

Welcome to our shop!

Xcalibur Ink. was founded in 2011, when I was selling handmade pens. Several customers asked me if I could engrave their names on them, but I had no way of doing so. I bought a hobby laser, which worked great, but to pay it off I started taking on other engraving jobs, and I quickly outgrew that machine.

It is now busy operation with 3 laser engraving machines. I engrave our knives, wallets, and large items. My wife, Michelle, handles customer service and the engraving of our wedding favors & aluminum products. Our oldest daughter, Sarah, is our graphic designer, and also helps with photography, and item listings. Our son Ethan helps with engraving, as well as packing and shipping; and our three youngest children, Levi, Luke, and Leah, help out wherever needed. Without them, I could not have grown the business as far as we have.

We offer a variety of engraved gifts and wedding favors. We pride ourselves in quality engraving work and a fast turn around time. At Xcalibur Ink., we enjoy making personalized gifts that will last for years to come!

Returns and exchange details
All of our products are custom made to order. Because of this, we consider all of our products to be custom products, and we do not have the ability to exchange or accept the return of a product once it is engraved.

We do our best to fill orders very quickly. In most cases, except over weekends, We usually start engraving your order within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to cancel an order you must do it as soon as possible. Once we start engraving your order we can no longer cancel it for you and you will receive what you ordered.

We are committed to making sure you receive exactly what you ordered. If there is any mistake made on our part, or any issue with defects in materials and/or workmanship, we will stand behind our products 100% for 90 days. In such rare circumstance we will gladly and speedily replace the item, or provide a refund, as you prefer.

Items damaged by the buyer cannot be returned or refunded. If you are unsure of what you are buying or how to use what you have purchased from us, PLEASE ask questions! We will gladly answer your questions about any of our products promptly.
We always ship via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and/or times as USPS offers only delivery estimates and that delivery is out of our control once received by the post office. For this reason, please allow plenty of time for us to personalize your item and ship it to you so that you receive it with time to spare. We do not offer refunds when the USPS delivers to a wrong address. We will gladly work with the buyer in contacting the post office on our end to resolve an undelivered/misdelivered package however, it is the responsibility of the buyer to file a claim with the USPS.
