I will be giving these as a part of a Christmas present so that was perfect. I'm so happy with the product and even happier with the speedy service provided by the seller!!

3 out of 5 starsThese were ok. Quality was less than expected and the loop that attaches the charm to the key chain was lacking and I had to purchase new loops to ensure the charms wouldn't be lost immediately

Buyer did not contact me to express any frustration or concerns before leaving this review. I e-mailed her after review was posted to see if there was anything I could do to make this right, and got no response. She could have returned the key chains for a refund if they weren't to her liking. I have sold probably 100 of these key chain sets over the last year. I have never had one returned for any reason, much less someone saying that the loop that holds the charm on it fell off or broke. The loop is a stainless steel split ring that won't break. I'm sorry that buyer felt it was not sturdy. I stand behind what I sell and as I said, would have given a refund if asked.
