Mistakes can happen and we’ve been growing quickly, which means longer shifts and not a lot of hands to help sometimes and as much as we don’t like it, mistakes can happen! -We do not accept cancellations per our stores policies. If there is an error that requires cancellation with your order before shipment, it needs to be reported to us with your order number in Etsy within 2 hours of purchasing. Otherwise all sales are considered final.

-Please make sure to double check your order before and after purchase! (No Exceptions).

-Cart sniping or purchasing with the intent to hold items for later refund could result in a possible ban or full order cancellation/refund. This interferes with the livelihoods of our staff and crew, and with how our bank system manages deposits and creates an unnecessary amount of work and opportunities for error with order fulfillment as a seller.

-Address changes can be requested but are not guaranteed and are handled on a case to case basis if they aren’t sent to us in time, messaging us as soon as possible can help us get the information changed in time before shipment. Make sure the address you have on file is correct before purchasing!

-If there is an error with your order upon receiving it such as a defect or error with the item, it needs to be reported to us in an Etsy message within one month from when the package shows it was received on the tracking label so we can make things right! Items in possession for longer than that time may receive normal wear and tear that varies between users especially if the item has be unbagged and used. This will apply to any item bagged or unbagged once it is in possession of the customer.

This goes for interactions specifically tagging us in social media in reference to an order or in private messages.

We strive to go above and beyond to make our customers happy (excluding breaking our terms of service or going against business practice) so again! Contact us first so we can give you the option to have the resolution you want!

Which, leads us to the most unpleasant part-

-Rights to Refuse Services and Sales:

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason within our legal rights.

Going forward with XCA, a block is treated as an informal Ban. Being denied access to our page also extends to access to our products respectively. Continuing to try to seek out business or to make purchases after a block or issued ban will result in any and all purchases from the point of blocking/banning to be fully refunded and in extreme cases, we will reach out with an official statement to the affected individual/s. We will not specify specific interactions, but will include a list of reasons in which the decision had been made. We reserve the right to reinforce a ban/block and will never discriminate against a purchaser for their protected rights such as sex, gender, race, abilities and their extensions.

It is a rare case in when this type of thing happens. We will never officially announce a ban list to protect the privacy of those affected nor will we engage with it. We reserve the right to base this decision off of publicly posted media such as social media accounts or any other methods of contact outside of our official page.

Care instructions

Boiling- Use a large pot and bring the water to boil and submerge your toy. There should be enough water to cover the entire surface of the toy. Once submerged, boil the toy for 5-10 minutes to ensure its fully sterilized then remove and let air dry.

Toy Cleaner-There are various toy cleaners on the market that are safe for you use. Foaming cleaners are wonderful for getting into any cracks or crevices that may be difficult to clean. If you are curious for recommendations, feel free to send us a message! Most soaps at home can be safe for your toy but make sure to fully rinse all soaps off to avoid irritation. We do not recommend straight bleach, soaps with scrubbing beads, or any products containing oils or other chemicals

All of our models sizing is located in each individual listing, as well as in our online catalog! If there are dimensions that you need that are not listed, please feel free to send us a note so we can help you find the perfect fit!

Wholesale availability

We are currently working on expanding our storefront to retailers across the US! This will definitely be a longer process but we would love to share our products with everyone! How Do I Store My Toy?

Silicone toys are resilient and some of the best around. Silicone toys can be stored together without issue.

We do suggest that if storing your toys together, to avoid storing any jelly materials or lubricants separately to help keep your toy clean and healthy. Silicone will NOT melt with heat and can be boiled to be cleaned.

To help keep your toys dust and hair free (these little buggers are stubborn and clingy with static) we like to suggest a toy storage bag or even a ziplock bag if you feel the need. It is definitely not required but it’s a nice touch and can reduce the amount of cleaning between uses. Ask us about our Toy Bags!

How Do I Order A Custom?

You can always order customs from us unless we physically disable our “Request A Custom” button on our Etsy home page. You can order a custom in one easy go and we aim to respond fast, so keep an eye on your inbox!

You can select the Request A Custom Order button on the Etsy home front or order a custom by just sending us a message!

Gift wrapping and packaging

All of our toys are handled with the upmost care and are packaged discreetly. Each toy comes in a sealed package with our business card, care card, and is shipped in a white box with only a personal name on the label.

There is no logo or business name, so you can rest easy knowing your private purchases are private with us!

My Item Didn’t Come as Described, What do I do?

The XCA team is always working on trying to improve and deliver the best customer service. If your item arrived in a different condition than described, please send us a message so we can look into things and make things right.

We aim to make sure the customer is happy and enjoys their new XCA companion. We are human and can make mistakes and miss things sometimes, but give us the chance to go above and beyond to make things right!

Are your Designs geared more towards Men or Women?

This is a great question, and we hope to offer a great answer! All models from XCA are designed to be inclusive to all gender and non gender uses, so no matter how it’s used, it should conform to you and suit your needs!

We do not offer toys intended for only one customer base or toying style because with sex toys and play, the only limits are what you choose to do with it! We believe that it’s the customers choice to view our toys how they want and we don’t want to get in the way of that freedom. No one should dictate how you play but you!

We want our customers to feel comfortable with who they are. XCA is owned and operated by a variety of individuals from different walks of life, so with open minds come open hearts.

How Do I Leave A Review?

Reviews are super easy to do and we love to hear from you! If you log into your Etsy and go into your account, you can search your past purchases.
