This glue does not properly work with the Scotch Advanced Tape Glider, the holes on the glue reel are too wide so the glue wheel lifts off of the dispenser. This is very frustrating. I contacted the shop owner about this issue and recieved no response. I purchased 25 rolls of this glue and am very unhappy. This glue wastes a lot of time having to re-set the dispenser every few minutes.

Payment
I accept credit & debit cards through PayPal and directly through Etsy. Electronic checks can be used through PayPal, but will cause an additional 3-5 business day delay while the e-check processes.
Idaho residents are required to pay sales tax of 6%.
Shipping
I ship to the address you have on file with Etsy, so please be sure your address is correct. If this address is different than your PayPal address, your order may be delayed while I verify your address. PayPal will not allow me to ship to other addresses and for your protection and my own, I do verify this information. (If you don't pay through PayPal, just be sure your Etsy address is correct.)

Items will be shipped through USPS within 2 business days of purchase unless processing times indicate otherwise or in the case of a special order. Please be aware of any upcoming US federal holidays, as these will cause a delay in shipping.

Items will be shipped with delivery confirmation. All items will be carefully packaged to prevent any damage. Insurance is available upon request- insurance costs will be added to your shipping total. (Insurance is usually about $3 for an order of less than $100 for a domestic shipment, but contact me for exact rates.) Signature confirmation is also available upon request and is an additional $3.

If you'd like your items shipped through a different carrier or through an expedited service, please contact me before purchase.

NEW flat rate shipping: I have updated my shipping to make it easier on my wonderful customers. All items shipped within the US are charged a flat $5 shipping charge. Additional items are shipped free. Refunds for any possible shipping overages will not be given- take advantage of the free shipping for additional items and fill your cart! International customers, please check listings for your rates. Flat rates will still apply, but the shipping fee will be different than for domestic orders.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please read the following information.
1. Currently, tracking to the package's destination is only available to certain countries. All other countries will only show that the USPS has received the package and it is in transit. I do not receive any more tracking information than you do.
2. Due to the possibility of loss, damage, or undelivered packages, I have chosen to add the cost of insurance to ALL international package shipping costs. This protects both of us.
3. Any tariffs, customs charges, duties or other fees are your responsibility. It is illegal to falsify customs forms (such as marking the package as a gift or not putting an accurate dollar amount) and I won't do it. Please don't ask.
4. International packages are shipped First Class. First Class shipping does not offer a guaranteed time frame for delivery and can take 2 months or sometimes longer. Usually it takes 4-6 weeks, but a postal service representative has told me it can take as long as a few months. If you would like it shipped Priority, which gives an estimated time of delivery, please contact me for rates before purchase. Express mail is also available, and will give a guaranteed delivery date as well as international tracking. Please note that Express is not available in all countries.
5. If your language does not use the Latin alphabet (such as Asian languages or Russian), please send me your address using the Latin alphabet immediately. My shipping software will not allow me to ship your package otherwise. I will add an additional label with your address in your own language upon request.
6. Delays at customs offices can add additional time to the shipment. If your package has not arrived within a few weeks, please check with your customs office and local postal service before contacting me.
7. If your package has not arrived: First, check with your local customs office and postal service. If the package has left the United States, I won't be able to obtain any further information from the USPS. Second, please be sure to give your package time to arrive. I do not give refunds or replacements for international packages until the package has been in transit for 90 days. I have never had a package that hasn't (eventually) shown up within that time frame. If your package has not arrived after 90 days, a claim will be filed through the purchased insurance. Once the claim has been processed, you will receive a refund for the purchase price only (no shipping charges are refunded).
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me if your item(s) arrive damaged or you are in any other way unhappy with your purchase. I will do everything I can to make it right!
If your item is damaged by the shipping carrier, you will need to open a ticket with the carrier. You will also need to contact the shipping carrier in the case of nondelivery.
If your item arrived damaged (not through shipping), is the wrong item, or you wish to return it for any other reason, please contact me immediately.
For mistakes (i.e., I shipped the wrong item) or damages on my end, I will replace or refund your purchase at my discretion. I may not always be able to replace your item. I will require proof of mistake or damage- photos of the item are usually sufficient, however a return may be required before replacement or refund.
If you have changed your mind about an item, I will take returns if the following conditions are met:
- Item is in the exact condition it left my studio in. It must be unopened, unused, and in a sellable condition.
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
- Refunds will not be given until I have the item(s) in my hand and have inspected them. A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply.
- Refunds will be for the purchase amount only. Refunds will not be given on the original shipping amount. This also applies to packages that have been returned to me for any reason- whether refused, undeliverable, or for any other reason.
