* Orders are shipped via Australia Post tracked service with regular and express upgrade options.
* We ship to residential, commercial, post boxes or private mail locker addresses.
* We will cancel any order with a mail forwarding address due to safety and delivery issues.
* Etsy requires us to use shipping address shown in the order invoice only. To change to a new or different address, buyers may ask to cancel and make a new order.

* Overseas buyers pay only one fixed flat rate shipping cost for as many items purchased in a combined shipping.
* US transaction includes prepaid custom tariffs applied per declared item value with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping.
* Other overseas buyers are responsible for customs tariffs, import duties, taxes or/and handling fees if applicable in the destination country.
* In some regions, Etsy may automatically collect VAT/GST charges based on purchased item values upon checkout.
* Express international shipping requires a signature upon delivery. Delivery person may leave a collection or re-delivery note if no one is at the given address.

* We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
* If there is an issue please contact us within 3 days order is received with item is still in its unused, original condition. We will assess each situation depending on mutual or previous mutually negotiated conditions.
* UK buyers have return-and-refund period of up to 14 days from receipt date. This excludes items which have already been used or opened, thus not resalable due to hygiene reasons, eg earrings.
* Orders returned due to non-collection or non-delivery cannot be cancelled nor refundable, with reshipping at buyers' own cost. 


* Postage, prepaid customs tariffs, import duties or/and handling fees are not refundable.

* All orders are carefully packed in cardboard boxes for safe storage or/and gifting.
* If you need a gift card or wrapping service please contact us to discuss the possibility, before making a custom order with additional fee and processing time.
* International custom declaration form shows item value declared as a merchandise (i.e. not a gift) for legal and tariff purposes.

* We are grateful to receive many true and well-meaning positive feedback over the years, which helped to guide and inform buyers in their future purchases.
* We absolutely reject abusive feedback containing fake, unfair and baseless reviews which are unhelpful and confusing for future buyers. We will not tolerate any attempt to extort a refund or damage our reputation, nor be threatened to submission at all costs.
* If there is an issue, please contact us via direct message to discuss your concerns amicably and reasonably for a fair outcome.
* Kindly refrain from using the public feedback system as the first step to address a situation. It does not allow for negotiation nor resolve an otherwise workable case.

* After delivery, buyers are responsible to care for items which may wear and tear over time. If broken or damaged, buyers may request for a custom order to return, repair and reship reparable items at their own costs.
* We report and guard against spams/scams and cancel dubious, potentially problematic orders.
* We operate and communicate online only. No local studio visit or pickup available.
