You Are What You Dream

My mom started the whole thing....when I was young I would see her making all these wonderful arts and crafts. She would make stuffed toys for me out of a simple fabric-my first dolphin that had my name on it. She would create boxes wrapped them with fabric and all, and they would look beautiful! It's where I put my old pictures in. She would do all these arts and crafts to cover an album and made them look lovely-treasured memories :)
Anyways, she made it all possible. I got the 'itch' from her. I started making cards for my wedding, then it progressed to creating wedding invites for other couples to selling All Occasion cards. I've always wanted to learn how to make jewelry but didn't have enough money to take classes. Besides, all the tutorials are available online. So I went online and l learned on my own. I told myself, as long as I know the basics then I should be alright. Now here we are (my husband and I) with an Etsy shop that started as an online store for handmade cards and has grown to include handmade jewelry. There is still so much more to learn and I embrace it. With art and imagination the boundaries are infinite. There are no limits nor rules to what we can create.

We purchase many of our supplies(including some of our beautiful embellishments!) right here on Etsy to support our fellow Etsians and because sellers here are wonderful and impressive artists!

Typically we try to ship orders the next business day, but please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Delivery schedules will vary depending on destination and are in addition to this timeframe. If you need your order expedited or shipped internationally please contact us prior to placing your order so we can accommodate your requests (additional shipping charges are applicable for expedited and international service).

PLEASE verify that your ETSY ADDRESS and PAYPAL ADDRESS are the SAME, if they are not and we do not receive communication indicating where you want your order to be shipped, then we will be using the ETSY ADDRESS to ship your order.

All U.S. parcels go out USPS First Class mail WITH TRACKING NUMBER. We fully understand how a buyer feels when it comes to ordering online and their shipping.
Like you, when we order online we also want to know the shipment status of our orders for convenience, security and peace of mind; and because you-our customer is important to us, we will automatically provide you a tracking number REGARDLESS OF YOUR MINIMUM ORDER and it is also FREE OF CHARGE. We will let you know when your order has been shipped.

We can add shipping insurance, or purchase signature confirmation at your request. If you require these services, your shipping price will be adjusted- please contact us BEFORE placing your order so that we can bill you through PayPal for the additional amount.


We also ship international. Each countries postal rules are different. We do not offer insurance for international shipments and when shipping international there is NO delivery confirmation available. We will retain a receipt when we ship your item internationally. However, we do not issue refunds for non receipt but we will provide a copy of the postal receipt. Please be assured that we will do our best and make sure that your order(s) will arrive its destination safely.

Refunds and Exchanges
If we have made an error or if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately upon receiving your purchase. We will happily rectify it as soon as possible and find an adequate solution.

If the error cannot be rectified, we are happy to work with you. We will offer a refund, an exchange of the same value or a credit towards future purchases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns based on customer input errors.

In the event an item needs to be shipped back after our conversation, you may then ship it back within 14 days from the date of shipment for a full refund, EXCLUDING shipping costs. The item must arrive in the same condition it was sent out. If items are damaged, we can not honor a refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We ship in person at the post office. Once your package has left our hands, please be aware that we claim no responsibility for damage or loss due to improper handling in the postal system and all issues should be taken up with your local postal office. We cannot be held responsible for refunds should your package not arrive.

To avoid any possibility of damage or loss, additional insurance can be added to your order at your request.
Additional policies and FAQs

We are very careful about how we pack items for shipment.

In an attempt to go "Green" please be aware that your shipment may include some or all recycled or reused shipping or packing materials. we recycle and re-use all clean boxes and packaging materials. So your purchase MAY NOT come in the traditional brown box.

It's part of our ongoing commitment to reducing waste and promoting "green" business practices.

Although reused or recycled, these materials will always be clean and free of any product residue. We do not automatically include invoices or receipts in order to conserve paper, so please let us know if you need one. (You will automatically receive an email copy that you can print if needed for your records.)

Please recycle anything that you cannot reuse yourself.

Please also take into consideration that all our items are handmade. Therefore image placement, ink color, and designs may be slightly different. Some items are distressed with ink to intentionally make it look old or worn.

We want you to be happy with your purchase but please also understand that these items are handstamped/handmade; they are not perfect nor are they made by a machine. If we have more than one of the same item, you may find that they are slightly different from one another, but beautiful nonetheless.

We would appreciate the opportunity to fix any problems or concerns with your order before feedback is left. We would also appreciate the opportunity to make you happy :)

-- LayAway Program--

We’ve all been in situations where we see something we’d love to buy but are unable to buy it right away. Our LayAway plan is a solution we hope will help our valued customers get what they want when they are able to get it. This simple, flexible program provides the option of allowing you to spread your payments over 90 days without interest charges or additional fees.

We treat each layaway as an individual plan, so if you see an item or items you’d like to place on Layaway, please contact us to set up a custom reserve order.

1.Contact us using the ‘Ask A Question' button on the listing you would like to place on LayAway. We will create a reserve listing and set up an individual layaway plan for you

2.We will reply to your message notifiying you of the reserve listing. **PLEASE NOTE*** you will be required to make an initial deposit of 10% of the total price of your items in order to place items on Layaway. This deposit is non-refundable, however if you do decide prior to the completion of the 90 day term that you no longer want the items, we will refund any additional payments you have made.

3.Based upon the payment schedule you have requested, we will create additional reserve listings that will reflect the amount of your next payment a few days before payment is due and notify you of the listing. We ask payments be made within 5 days. After 5 days if your payment is still outstanding, a late fee of $1.00 will be added to your next payment. If your payments are more than 14 days past due, your layaway will be automatically cancelled and any payments you have made after your initial deposit will be refunded. If you are having problems making payments but still want to keep your items on layaway, please contact us to see if we can make alternative arrangements so we can help you get the items you want.

4.After your final payment is made your order will be shipped. Boom! You are done! Yeah!!!!


-All Items of any amount can be placed into the Layaway Program including items in our sale section however, coupons and special promotional discounts are not applicable.

-The layaway starts from the date that we receive your first payment. Until then the item(s) will remain for sale to the public on the website.

-With the Layaway Program you secure your payment with a small down payment and make small payments with no interest to pay off your purchase!

-First installment must be 10% of the retail value of the item.

-Please keep in mind that first installment is non refundable.

- Each time you complete a payment, it will be deducted from the balance on your listing.

-If you're ready to pay off your Layaway items early, contact us to pay the balance plus shipping. Shipping fees will be added to your last payment. The item will be shipped out no later than 72 hours after we receive your final payment (usually sooner unless there are post office closings due to holidays).

-Please contact us right away at any time if you decide you cannot pay by the due date and need to pay late or extend your layaway. We can work out a plan for you to still pay off your layaway program.

-Your layaway payments are due within 5 days based upon the schedule agreed upon. I will contact you via email or convo, as a courtesy, to remind you of the upcoming deadline.

-After 5 days a late fee of $1.00 is accessed. It will be added on your next payment along with any outstanding payments that have been missed from the previous due date . All late fees must be paid to remove item from layaway and have it shipped . if you missed your payment by 14 days all your payments will be refunded minus the initial deposit and your layaway will automatically be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding!

-We are very flexible so we ask that you please contact us to avoid forfeiture of payments etc . and confusion and relisting or selling of your item. We want you to have your special item and we will work with you to make it yours.

-By sending in your initial deposit you are agreeing to the terms above, and you are entering a legal, binding contract.
