Hola a todos! Mi nombre es Marty, la mayoría me llama Marts. Soy el propietario / creador de YPBM Designs y he estado en el negocio desde 2011. Comencé a cortar madera, después de que mi papá falleció. Decidí que me ayudaría a sobrellevar mi pérdida, si usaba sus herramientas, él me había dejado e hizo algo bueno con ellas. En 2010 comencé a cortar arte de patio de madera contrachapada. Eso eventualmente se convirtió en perchas de puertas en 2012 y creé mi primera tienda etsy en ese entonces. ¡El negocio estaba ocupado! Fue difícil seguir cortando y pintando, junto con mis 4 hijos pequeños. Cerramos la tienda de Etsy en 2013 y nos ralentizamos un poco, solo vendiendo a través de Facebook y haciendo exposiciones de artesanía locales. 2014 Comencé nuestros talleres de pintura itinerantes "Un-Canvas" y ¡han sido un gran éxito! Hemos tenido muchas consultas últimamente sobre por qué no estamos en Etsy, ¡así que decidimos dar el salto de nuevo!

Hi Y'all! My name is Marty, most call me Marts. I am the owner/creator of YPBM Designs and I've been in business since 2011. I started cutting wood, after my Dad passed away. I decided it would help me cope with my loss, if I used his tools he had left me, and did some good with them. Back in 2010 I started cutting yard art out of plywood. That eventually evolved into door hangers in 2012 and I created my first Etsy Shop back then. Business was busy! It was hard to keep up cutting and painting, along with my 4 small kids. We closed the Etsy shop back in 2013 and slowed down a bit, only selling via Facebook & doing local craft shows. 2014 I started our "Un-Canvas" traveling Paint Workshops and they have been a huge hit! We have had a lot of inquiries lately about why we are not on Etsy, so we decided to make the jump again!
Here's hoping 2019 will be a fabulous year for YPBM Designs!
