Can you make a custom form or tool for my business?
Message me with what you need. I'm happy to look at custom requests.
How do I get my files?
Straight after payment, go to You > Purchases & Reviews on Etsy and click Download Files. You'll also get an email from Etsy with a download link. Downloads work best on a computer or laptop.
What do I need to open them?
Forms come as Word (.docx) and PDF files, so Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Pages or LibreOffice will all work. Digital tools are HTML files that open in any web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox) with no internet, install or account needed.
Can I add my own logo and change the wording?
Yes. All Word forms are fully editable, so you can add your logo, rename fields and change anything to match your business.
Is my data safe in the digital tools?
Yes. They run entirely on your own device. Nothing you type is uploaded or sent anywhere.
Can I use them across more than one site?
Yes, as long as the sites belong to your business. Please don't resell or share the files outside your business.
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are digital files, I can't accept returns. If something doesn't work as described, message me and I'll fix it or make it right.
