5 out of 5 starsThe chime has a very pleasant sound and isn't loud enough to be distracting, which is really nice! Not my first purchase from the seller and always have a pleasant experience with her! Would highly recommend her pieces to others.

About YakYakYakNepal
Original Wearable Art & Vintage Himalaya
Namaskar!
Many years ago, Anil and I had a dream to bring the beauty of North Indian classical Kathak, Himalayan folk, Tibetan Buddhist, and Bollywood dance to wider audiences. We started two studios in Nepal, and over the course of many years that vision eventually became Utpalasia, which is now an established performing and teaching institution for South and Southeast Asian cultural heritage and the arts located in the Washington, DC area.
The ornamentation, jewelry, and costumes we wore during our programs were our own designs or private collection vintage adornments; they fascinated audiences as much as our performances did. Our Pujanil line of sterling silver Buddhist jewelry and the Sangrila Nepal series were so unique that artists in Nepal often copied our designs for their own use!
We also love scouring old shops for rare finds on our trips home. Kathmandu, Patan, Bhaktapur and rural villages still hold untold vintage treasures waiting to be discovered. This 'wearable art' embodies the beautiful Himalayan spirit, be it ritual, religious, or functional in nature.
