I accept payment via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with Paypal, just a credit card or bank account. Please make your payment along with your purchase, or else contact me so we can make arrangements.

For California residents, sales tax will be applied to your total.

For cancelled transactions before shipment, there will be a 5% cancellation charge applied to the total including shipping fee.
Shipping
I will mail your jewelry via USPS First Class mail within 2-5 days of payment, excluding Sundays and holidays. Your jewelry will arrive securely in a padded envelope. Multiple items will be packaged together. If you'd like separate bags or have other special shipping requests, please contact me.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

► TRACKING & CONFIRMATION
Delivery Confirmation is included with all domestic orders. If your order's tracking information is not updating using the link on your order page, simply copy your tracking number and track the item on the USPS website listed below.

►STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard shipping varies greatly depending on location, and can take anywhere between 2 days to 2 weeks. In most circumstances your order will arrive in 2-9 days.

► PRIORITY SHIPPING
Need it sooner? You can upgrade to Priority Shipping with a USPS shipping window of 3-5 business days. This is just an estimate, and once I have shipped the item the transit time is out of my hands and is dependent on USPS's efficiency. If you want to upgrade, please let me know *before* purchasing. Additional cost will be charged.

► EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express shipping is the only 1 day shipping method available. This will be a $20 flat rate, regardless of how many items purchased.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

I ship USPS First Class. If you would like Priority or Insured Mail, please contact me and I can send you an updated invoice. Any customs fees, taxes, or tariffs that may by incurred at the time of delivery are at the discretion of individual countries and are payable by the buyer.

► STANDARD INTERNATIONAL: Transit times vary. Usual shipping is 1-2 weeks, but in some circumstances it can take upwards of 3 weeks depending on location. Tracking is not included. International orders are not guaranteed unless you have upgraded to Express Shipping.

► PRIORITY INTL. 6-10 business days. Cost is $14-$19 depending on location. It does not come with a guarantee, only Express Shipping is guaranteed.

► EXPRESS INTL. shipping is the only way to guarantee & insure your package. Cost is $25-39 depending on location. Recommend for orders of 4+ items.

I ship to your address in your Etsy and Paypal accounts. If they don't match, please let me know which one to use.

Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for any packages that are lost through USPS or any other shipping facilities.

If you wish to purchase insurance for your package, please contact us when placing your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
► EXCHANGES/RETURNS

Exchanges or Store Credits are possible, minus the S&H cost of the original order. Buyer is responsible for shipping back exchange item(s) within 5 days of receiving the item. I will ship their exchange item(s) within 5 days of receipt. (Custom requests (including bridesmaid multiples) & wholesale orders are final sale).

We are not liable for any loss or delay in mail caused by the carrier except for the express mail service with additional shipping charge.

Sorry, I don't give refunds unless there was a mistake on my part. Please contact me and we will work it out. Discoloration is not my mistake, there are several factors that can cause discoloration. Please check the jewelry care tip information.

• No RETURNS/EXCHANGES due to sizing issues.

Exchanges must be in original condition and in original packaging. Sorry, no returns or exchange on custom items, close out items, quantity orders and wholesale orders.

► REFUNDS
Items are made to order so refunds are not given under any circumstance. Please read descriptions fully and be sure to view photos. Pay attention to measurements listed, and be sure to measure yourself for correct sizing before placing your order.

► EXCHANGES
Exchanges or store credits are given on a case-by-case basis, minus the shipping cost of the original order. Buyer is responsible for shipping back unworn, unopened items still in their packaging. I DO NOT fulfill exchanges due to chain length issues, so please take a measurement to ensure you order a length that will work for you.

Exchanges will not be accepted on international orders due to customs fees.

Exact measurements are listed (usually down to the mm) so please check before purchasing.

CANCELLATIONS
Transaction cancellations before shipment will be subjected to a 5% fee of the total charge including shipping.

Necklace chain length for up to 18 inches is free of additional charge. After 18 inches, I charge $1 per inch.

►► JEWELRY CARE TIPS

*Please remember that you are purchasing handmade jewelry. Most items are delicate and need to be worn and handled with care. I am not responsible for items broken due to improper handling.

ALL JEWELRY should be taken off before showering/swimming/exercising, and kept clean & dry in a closed storage when not in use. It will last much longer this way.

Applying perfumes, lotions. Chlorine, especially at high temperatures, can permanently damage or discolor your jewelry. Avoid wearing jewelry while using chlorine bleach or while in a pool or hot tub.

Dust, pollution, perspiration, hairsprays, cosmetics and perfumes, all dull and discolor the surface of gold, gold vermeil and goldfilled jewelry.

WHY DOES GOLD DISCOLOR?

You may think that faulty manufacturing or underkarating might be the problem when a piece of gold jewelry discolors. However, this is not the case. There are several reasons for discoloration of gold jewelry, such as metallic abrasion and corrosion.

Metallic Abrasion
The most common reason for jewelry "turning" is metallic abrasion, caused by makeup on your skin or clothing. Cosmetics often contain compounds harder than the jewelry itself. These compounds wear or rub off very tiny particles of the precious metals.

Corrosion
Hairspray, perfume, perspiration, smog and other chemicals can also cause discoloration. In this case, the discoloration is the actual corrosion of the metals which are mixed, or alloyed, with the gold. Different gold manufacturers may use different alloy percentages. Gold itself does not corrode, or oxidize, but its primary alloy materials, silver and copper, will do so. When they oxidize they form very dark chemical compounds under moist or wet conditions.

STERLING + GOLD FILLED:
To brighten Sterling Silver rub with dry baking soda, or toothpaste & water or jewelry cleaner. For Gold-fill use dishwash liquid & water or jewelry cleaner. Be careful not to tangle chain. Sterling silver and gold-FILLED components can last years of regular wear.

RAW BRASS:
Raw Brass brightens up quickly if you rub with lemon/lime + water then rinse. Jewelry polishing cloth also works. You can also use brass cleaners sold in drugstores. (I keep a lemon water spray bottle handy). All raw brass, like silver will darken if not cleaned. (depending on the air & body chemistry)

GOLD + SILVER PLATE:
Do not scrub Gold or Silver-PLATED components. To prolong PLATED components wash gently with dishwash liquid and water, take off before shower/swimming/exercising, and store dry in a closed container. Lasts much longer if cared for.

VINTAGE COMPONENTS:
I carry mostly brass vintage components, you can clean just like raw brass but less frequently and more gently. They need a little TLC, but they do make for charming pieces.

*For longer lasting jewelry, it is important that you keep it free and clear of moisture.

*Keep jewelry stored in an enclosed area. Whether that be a jewelry box or pouch.

*Oil from the skin is not good for jewelry, after wear and use, gently wipe jewelry with a soft cloth to remove oils.
