Yancy Lael accepts Pay Pal as well as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Payment is due upon ordering.
If you pay via PayPal, you MUST have a confirmed address (your PP address has to match the address of a credit card or bank account that is associated with your PP account). If you do not, you will receive an email from Yancy Lael asking you to remedy this within your PP account. No orders can be shipped out until your account is confirmed.
Orders ship within three business days of receiving payment, Monday through Thursday, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. All orders will ship via USPS.
When you buy from Yancy Lael, the shipping charges also include insurance (for US customers), as well as the cost of our eco-friendly shipping materials (paper tape, recyclable envelopes, etc.). If charges exceed our typical S&H costs, you will receive a partial refund.
SHIPPING DISCLAIMER: Once orders leave our premises and enter the postal system, we cannot be held responsible for their damage or loss. If you want to purchase postal insurance, please contact Yancy Lael.
ALASKAN AND HAWAIIAN CUSTOMERS: Please note that Priority Mail takes 2-7 days to arrive, First Class Mail takes 5-14 days and Parcel Post can be 5-30 days, depending on where you live.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please be aware of your country's customs regulations. We cannot be held responsible for any international taxes, customs fees, and/or seizure of packages by customs officers.
Refunds and Exchanges
Happy customers are my biggest priority at Yancy Lael, but please be aware that because this is such a small company, and because of the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final, unless there was problem caused by our error.
However, your satisfaction is a priority at Yancy Lael. We want you to have a happy, green, and hassle-free transaction! If you have a problem, please contact us, and we will do our best to remedy the situation, and find a mutually agreed-upon solution that satisfies you, our valued customer!! (You will likely hear about our fabulous customer service from our devoted customers!)
Custom orders and reserved listings are final. If you choose to refuse a package, please note that will NOT secure you a refund.
Please remember, we cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages occurring during transit.

RESERVED LISTINGS: If you request a reserved listing, you are required to purchase the requested reserved listing within 5 business days.
