All my parcels have a tracking number that allows you to trace any parcel. All parcels are signed for only, so nothing will disappear and no one will pick it up without you. If your parcel is lost for unknown reasons, you will be reimbursed for all damages incurred or re-sent. All shipments over 3 kilograms are sent by FedEx courier.
