I've always been crafty as long ago as I can remember. As a child I used to make myself shoes out of cardboard cereal packets and mini computers from toilet roll tubes!

As I grew older, I moved on to card making and my friends and family encouraged me to share my papercraft creations with others. Yellow Sherbet was a name chosen as a combination of my favourite colour and a play on my surname.

I've been crocheting for about 3 years. I really love the end results and the endless supply of yummy yarns available! I've recently started dabbling in designing crochet patterns and a range of crochet jewellery, which I hope to expand on in the future.

I love bright colours against a white background and use a lot of bold colour combinations in my items.

I accept payment via Paypal.

PayPal is the easiest and quickest way to pay, you do not need to have an account with them to pay, as they also handle credit and debit card purchases.

Please submit payment immediately upon completing checkout. If payment is not submitted 3 days after the initial purchase, your order will be cancelled.

Please note that items paid for via debit or credit cards may take 5 working days for your payment to clear. As items are not shipped before payment is received, I will contact you when your payment has cleared to let you know when your purchase will be shipped.

All orders must be paid for IN FULL before I can post them out. This includes the payment of any additional postage costs occured if you have chosen a more expensive postage option after placing your original order. Items will not be posted before full payment has been received and has cleared.
Please note that all items will be shipped to the name and address specified on your Etsy account unless specified otherwise.

Please make sure that when you place your order, you double-check the delivery address that you have given. I do not refund the P&P costs of items that have been returned to me because the delivery address that has been given when the order was placed has been incorrect or incomplete. If, when I receive the package back, you do not wish your order to be re-sent, I will refund the cost of the items ordered only. If you wish to have the item sent again, a further P&P payment will need to be paid, as well as providing me with the full/correct address or another address you wish it to be sent to instead.

Some items may incur a shipping charge if they are being shipped outside of the UK. Please note that I am not in control of this, these costs are set by your customs office, and I can not advise you on how much the charge will be, or refund or help pay towards this charge.

All items are sent by regular, untracked mail. If you would like your mail to be tracked please let me know before purchase as this will affect the P&P cost. I will need to get a quote from the Post Office for a tracked service to your location, and the listing will have to be amended to take this new P&P cost into account.

If you decide you want a more expensive postage method AFTER you have placed an order, you will be invoiced for this seperately and this additional cost must be paid in full before you order is shipped.

I will always give an approximate delivery time period once your item(s) has been posted i.e. 10-15 working days. Please allow this time period to pass before contacting me if your order has not arrived. I am unable to assist in a resolution unless sufficient time has passed to allow your order to arrive at its destination. Please see below for further information if your order has not arrived.
Refunds and Exchanges
As most of my items are custom made, I do not accept refunds if you change your mind about your custom made purchase(s). However, if your custom made item has been damaged or lost in transit, please contact me directly so we can discuss possible options available (please see the Additional Information section for further details).

There are also no refunds available for PDF pattern purchases due to their nature, and no refunds available for earring purchases due to hygiene reasons.

If you change your mind about your purchase, and it is not a custom made or digital order or pair of earrings, you can cancel your order up to 14 days after you receive it for a full refund of the cost of the item(s). You will need to return the item(s) at your own expense using a tracked postal service and the item(s) must be in re-saleable condition to be eligible for a refund. The refund will be given once the item has been received by the seller, and the cost of the refund will be for the item ONLY, and does not include the refund of any P&P costs incurred as part of the original purchase or cost of return. The shipping costs to return the item(s) will be covered by the customer.

I will issue a refund for the cost of the item only (shipping costs are not included in the refund) within 14 days of receiving the returned item in re-saleable condition.

If you are in any way unhappy regarding your purchase, I kindly ask that you contact me before leaving feedback to allow me the opportunity to rectify the problem.
