5 out of 5 stars

Although stumbled upon a hole on the sleeve not stated in the description, it doesn't take away the beauty of this cardigan and I will still rate it 5 Stars. It's carefully packed and shipment is quick. Will be back for more treasures. High recommend!

About

Vintage clothing has been my life's passion!

I grew up sewing my own clothing and paying attention to fashion in the 1950s-1970s. This gave me great experience and familiarity with construction and the changes in materials through the decades. Now I can pretty much date any article of clothing by knowing these nuances.

What started as an interest turned to passion now is just simply second nature. I cannot imagine doing anything else!!

I opened my store in Tampa April 1, 1998. Featuring vintage clothing dating from the late 1800s through early 1990s. Women's, Men's & even some children's clothing and accessories. Also a large selection of costume jewelry.

The store also had a good amount of mid-century decor, housewares and furniture, plus collectibles.

I've retired from a bricks & mortar store, but still have the eye and the passion!

Thanks for looking at my shop. I try to present the most interesting vintage items I find. Please check back....items are added often.

My items come from a smoke-free, cat-loving environment!

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
Payment
Please make payment within 3 days.
Shipping
I try to ship the cheapest method possible, unless you state otherwise, and want me to use Priority or Express shipping.

Foreign buyers please contact me for a shipping quote.
I WILL SELL AND SHIP TO OTHER COUNTRIES!
Please note that customs and any other import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please notify me on the day you receive your item it you have a problem with your purchase.

Because most of my inventory is clothing, I do not accept returns because an item doesn't fit. I carefully post measurements so you can check to be sure the garment will work. I will refund if I've made an error.

I strongly suggest you ask me to purchase shipping insurance on breakables. I do pack very carefully and well, but I cannot be responsible for breakable items once they leave my care.
Additional policies and FAQs
I have a huge inventory of all kinds of vintage items, especially vintage clothing and accessories. If you are looking for anything at all, please ask.

I will sell wholesale lots....what do you want? Just ask.

HOW I MEASURE:

With garment lying flat, chest/bust is measured approx. 1/2" below armpit seam, side-to-side, then doubled. Shoulder measurement is from sleeve seam to sleeve seam across shoulders. Waist is measured at logical natural waistline, side-to-side, then doubled. Hips are measured approx. 4"-5" below natural waistline, side-to-side, then doubled. Torso length is measured from top shoulder seam at neck opening to natural waistline. Garment length is measured from top shoulder seam at neck opening to hem. Skirt length is measured from natural waistline to hem. Sleeve length is measured from center back neck opening, across shoulder, then down to sleeve hem. Pants length (inseam) is measured from crotch seam to hem. Rise is from waist (band) to crotch seam. Overall pants length is from waist (band) to leg hem, along outside seam.
