A system for overflowing lists, shifting priorities, and remembering your dreams in the middle of everyday life.
Somewhere along the way, I developed a habit of checking “yesterday’s to-dos” before starting my day.

At first, it felt practical. Efficient, even. I’d look backward, rewrite what didn’t get done, and try again. But after a while, I realized something important:
•
I wasn’t actually leaving tasks behind or not "getting things done"...something that made me feel like I wasn't accomplishing my goals.
I was carrying them forward, carrying them with me.
•
And somehow, that tiny shift changed everything.
•
Because life, especially for those of us balancing work, caregiving, creativity, ideas, goals, dreams, errands, responsibilities, and approximately 47 tabs open in our brains at all times, isn’t really a clean slate every morning. It’s a flow. A layering. A carrying forward of things we’re managing and things we’re still reaching for.

The problem wasn’t that I couldn’t “finish the list.”
•
The problem was that I kept treating life like a list that was supposed to be finished.
•
Meanwhile, my own ideas, goals, and creative dreams kept getting pushed further and further down the page.
•
I’d set big expectations for myself. Big plans. Big hopes. I wanted to grow creatively, pursue ideas, build meaningful things, take care of people well, and somehow also remember to get groceries for dinner.
•
And every day, there they were again:
the unfinished tasks.
the carried-over reminders.
the dreams squeezed into the margins.

So instead of fighting that reality, I started building a system around it.
•
One with more grace for myself. That allowed space for what carried over yesterday, what appeared today, and what actually mattered most in this season of life....not just what could technically fit inside 24 hours.

That shift became the beginning of Yesterday’s To-Dos.
•
This planner page was created for people with full lives and big hearts. For carrying responsibilities and ambitions at the same time. For trying to build something meaningful while also managing everyday life.

It isn’t about perfect productivity.
It isn’t about getting every box checked.
•
It’s about learning how to hold:
•
responsibilities and dreams
structure and creativity
priorities and possibility
all at the same time.
The layout itself follows that rhythm:
what carried over
what’s been added
what truly matters most
and a small reminder not to lose yourself somewhere inside the list.
Because maybe the goal isn’t to “get it all done.”
Maybe the goal is to keep moving toward the life you want while giving yourself grace for the life you're navigating today.
This is a quick daily system where unfinished tasks are expected, priorities can shift, and your own creativity and goals still deserve space.
Because your dreams are not separate from your real life.
They are part of it.
And maybe carrying things forward isn’t failure after all.
Maybe it’s just proof that you’re living a full, hopeful, layered life.
