super cute glasses, the amber glass is so pretty! they don't stack with each other which would have been cool but is not a dealbreaker at all. Would repurchase!
Yield—New American Standards
Yield is an independent design house established in San Francisco and based in Saint Augustine, the oldest city in the US.
Yield is directed by Andrew Deming and Rachel Gant, who started working together in late 2012 after meeting the year prior at California College of the Arts (CCA). With backgrounds ranging from architecture to industrial design and graphic design, the two lean on their multi-disciplinary experiences to create a range of goods that are distinguished by their high level of craft, modern sensibility and ethical production.
Yield aims to pair American craft and ingenuity with an eye toward the future. Yield’s products have been featured in numerous publications such as the New York Times, Dwell, Sunset, Oprah, SF Chronicle and more.
Andrew is a designer and strategist with a degree in graphic design and an MBA in Design Strategy from CCA. Prior to starting Yield, Andrew worked with Yves Béhar at fuseproject where he took part in designing award-winning projects.
Rachel earned her Bachelors in Industrial Design following a period of Architecture studies at Cal Poly. Her experience has ranged from a brief stint at the firm of architect CCS, to designing custom products for the playful photo store Photojojo.
