A few years ago, when I decided to go abroad to study, I knew little about Canada.
It was a tough and amazing time when I explored Canada from anything coming into my eyes: newspapers, containers, mail boxes, English teachers, students in campus, business staff, my landlady, etc. I found I love this natural and wild land very much. At the same time, painting brushes never left me far.
With a long term of creating paintings, I have been seeking a space to show my art works world-widely. I love to talk with people who come from different cultural background and I enjoy sharing my art and thought with people who have fresh eye on art. With the chance of taking Maternity Leave, I had time to think about my dream and decided to make some effort on it. In an artist's webpage, I found the link to Etsy and loved the idea immediately. I enjoy the feeling of sending my art around the world to people who appreciate art acreativity and wish they enjoy my paintings, too.

Refunds and Exchanges
Damaged items: Please provide photo proof of damaged items in order for YingArt to process the shipping of the replacement. YingArt is responsible for all the cost of the replacement(item and postage). The replacement for the damaged item only occurs once. The replacement item can be a different item with equal value to the damaged item in the shop upon agreement from both the shop and the consumer. Damaged items are NON-refundable.
Lost items: YingArt will send out a replacement item, if loss occurs. The replacement will only be sent out once. The replacement will be exact the same item as the lost item. Lost items are NON-refundable.
Regarding cancellation, cancellation is acceptable BEFORE the item is shipped. Cancellation is unacceptable AFTER the item is shipped. The consumer will receive 90% of the entire payment, including the price of the items and postage due to the cancellation fee charged by Etsy, Paypal and financial institutes applied.
