Paypal, and credit/debit excepted. All payment must be procecced prior to shipping or starting custom orders.
Certain small fees maybe none refundable when processing a return or cancellation.
Cancellation after material has been purchased or items have been made will subject to a none refundable materiel fee(aka deposit). Equivalent to 1/3 or more of purchase price.
Headboard and other large items are pick up only! for northern Ca. Other items often ship out priority usps within 3-5 days.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales final. Please read item descriptions. Contact me with any concerns within 48 hours after receiving item if there's any concerns.
In regards to custom furniture a portion of payment is treated like deposit, covering material cost and is none refundable once material has been purchased.
Please note I'm pick up only! On headboards, So please make proper arrangements.
