Hello! I am a lover and collector of objects that tell a story, inspire wonder and convey the mystery or their past lives. I am fascinated by the way craftspeople from around the world imbue their traditions and aesthetic into the one-of-a-kind items they make. I consider this store an extension of my own closet and hope you can find yourself drawn to the same pieces that make me happy.

Returns and exchanges
I rarely accept returns, as I try to describe, size and photograph pieces to the best of my abilities. If an item arrives damaged, I will certainly attempt to repair it.

Accurately determining ring size is the responsibility of the buyer--if you have any doubts or would like me to provide measurements of ring inner circumferences of ready made rings please let me know. If you need help figuring out your size for custom orders I'm happy to help.

In the rare event that you are unhappy with your purchase and would like a refund, you can contact me about returning the item--return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Payment
I accept PayPal, credit cards and Etsy gift cards.
Shipping
All items are shipped USPS Domestic First Class, unless the buyer chooses otherwise during check out. Please allow 3-5 days (after cleared payment) for items to be ready to ship and an additional 2-5 days for US delivery. I do not include insurance, but can include it upon request (prior to payment) and I will adjust the costs.

Please contact me if you are interested in International delivery.

For custom orders, please allow 7-10 days for items to be made in addition to the shipping time. Feel free to let me know if you need an item rushed and I will do my best to accommodate.

I will ship to your address as it is listed on your Etsy invoice. Free gift wrapping is available upon request, and I can ship to a gift recipient's address--just write me a note during check out.

I pack all items with care to insure their safe delivery--any damages or lost items are not my responsibility.

Thank you for your understanding!
Additional policies and FAQs
Caring For Your Handmade Jewelry:

Although I never use sawdust, glue or any other non-silver fillers in setting stones, it is generally recommended that you always remove jewelry before any activities that might cause them to get wet (swimming, bathing, washing hands, washing dishes, etc). Particularly with untreated turquoise, exposure to water and oils (lotions, soaps, perfumes, sweat) over time will cause the stone to change color.

My pieces are constructed to last, but are nonetheless hand soldered and won't survive repeated abuse. Thus, avoid catching, hitting, smacking your jewelry on hard objects. Turquoise is also a soft, porous stone and is easily scratched and other elements of the piece may snag if not careful so always remove rings during physical activities like exercising, gardening, sleeping, or anything that causes your pieces to repeatedly bump into other objects.

Most of my sterling silver pieces have been chemically oxidized to give a tarnished patina. Polishing or constant wear will eventually remove the patina, although natural oxidization will occur over time as well.

Custom Orders:

I am happy to consider creating custom pieces. Email me with your requests and questions!

Repairs and resizing:

Once received, any damage that occurs to the piece is the responsibility of the buyer. Buyers are also responsible for properly assessing their ring sizes, as I take care to measure and list correct sizes. Particularly with jewelry containing stone settings, it is very difficult to re-solder broken pieces or resize ring bands. In some cases, depending on the complexity of the task, I may consider the work for a fee (plus shipping both ways). Again, if you are unhappy in any way with your purchase, please email me and hopefully we can work something out.
