PROOFS & YouCustomizeIt System

We understand that with Custom Products, proofs or seeing your customization is part of the process. We have built a customization system - so you can visualize your design before we make it for you.

You have two choices when it comes to proofs:
1) Purchase the product and we will send you a link to our customization system to your etsy messages and you will be able to update and approve your order.

2) Copy the url available on each product into a new tab on your browser and it will take to you to our customization system (see what you can do below!). Update and approve your changes. Get your approved design ID number and paste it into the "Notes to YouCustomizeIt" text box presented on the cart screen.

YouCustomizeIt's PRODUCT SELECTION

We have near infinite different products for you to choose from. How is that even possible you ask? We have over 500different custom products and 600+ different designs, each of which is made out of our huge library of design parts. Mix and match anything in our system (colors, graphics, text, patterns, ...) until your heart's content with your product

So of course we cannot show you all of these product combinations and variations on Etsy (we do have a large selection on our website YouCustomizeIt.com) - What we do have on Etsy is the 500+ custom products (from which anything is possible) and a selection of our favorite designs on various different products.

Through the "Custom Product" you can modify the design to look like anything you want (including some of our designs that you may have seen).

DESIGN LAYOUT:

Everything starts with a design layout. What you see on Etsy is our most popular layout of 2 patterns w/ Ribbon & Label. We currently have 20 different layouts for you to choose from. Hop into our system and take a browse.

Examples of our layouts include "create your own pattern", "graphics & text/personalization", "concentric 2 patterns", "custom name/monogram layout" etc. We continue to add new layouts as we build them. Scene layout are the next set.

PATTERNS

We have over 3000 different patterns in our customization system.

Our high level categories include Classic, Themed, Occasion, Sports, Textures, Occupations, Foods, Famous Cities, Animal Themed, Personalized Patterns, and our Pattern Maker for you to make your own pattern.

We have patterns for boys, girls, kids, adults, and babies. We are sure you will find something you like.

If you don't find one you like, then contact us and we will try our best to get you what you want.

RIBBON, LABELS and FONT STYLES

We have many ribbons, labels, and fonts - too many to mention here and we are always adding new ones.

GRAPHICS

We have tons of different graphics for you to use. A lot of the graphics is also recolorable. We have kids and people that can be recolored i.e. you change their hair, skin and eye color. In some cases you can also change the color of their clothing, as well as their shoes!

The graphics can even be used to create patterns.

CUSTOM PATTERNS & GRAPHICS

Looking for something specific? Have a logo you want on a product? We can make it happen. We can do almost anything if your have good resolution artwork (or vector if you have it). Send us your request and we will let you know if we can do it for you.

There is a $25/hour fee for custom art work. The fee can be applied towards product purchase. We had to implement this policy because we were getting a lot of requests for custom work that we were doing for free and then the customer would not place an order. We hope you understand why we have this policy.

LICENSED PRODUCTS
--------------------------------------
We do not infringe on other people's intellectual property and thus cannot create products with brands or trademarks that we do have licenses for e.g. disney characters, sports logos, car company logos, etc.

SHIPPING COSTS & TIMES
--------------------------------------
It takes 3 to 10 business days to make your product after you have approved the design for it. Time varies depending on the item and is specified on each item and will ship to you as soon as it is ready.

Update 12/18/17: After being able to talk with Narmin personally through messages we were able to get the issue resolved. A new cup was sent out and I received it quickly. The new cup is absolutely perfect and I know my mother will love it. Thank you for working with me even though I was so rude! I customized my quote front and back, added the design ID to my order and still did not receive the design I ordered. I was told that I did not customize the back (which I did). When I did my design I took a screen shot of the confirmation just in case this happened. I emailed this confirmation 2 days ago and have yet to hear back. It is getting really close to Christmas and my gift is not complete. Very disappointed .

Hello, my name is Narmin Parpia and I mom to two wonderful boys and wife to a kind, gentle and loving man to whom I have been married to for 33 years! I am also currently on my third career of Momprenuer, author, inventor & designer and am loving it. I studied chemical engineering in college and started my career as an Operations Engineer in a refinery. For my second career, I moved on to information technology. Now that my boys are grown up, I have a lot more time for myself and my favorite pass time is work!!

Custom and personalized orders

Our customization and rendering system allows you to change layout styles, patterns, colors, ribbons, frames, graphics and of course personalization.

AND you can do this all yourself!

On each product - we have a link that you copy and paste into a new browser and it will enable you to start creating your own custom and personalized product.

We are available to help you anytime. We check the emails daily (M-F) and are also available by phone 281 816 3285 from 9am to 4pm CST on M-F.

What Patterns can I choose from?

We have 100s of patterns available (1962 patterns at time of writing this). Classic Patterns (Chevron, Damask, Stripes, Argyle, Camo, Plaid etc), Themed Patterns (Nautical, Tropical, Hipster, Princess, Pirate etc), Occasions, Sports, Textures, Occupations, Foods, Cities, Animal Themed and EVEN personalized patterns.

You can also create your own pattern using our pattern makers and graphics from our system or uploading your own graphic. Our pattern makers can make name/text patterns as well.

So to summarize - you can create almost any pattern in any color that you need! If you cannot find it, you can upload it or you can contact us, and we will help with get exactly what you want!
