Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the www.facebook.com/youmeandbenny , their etsy shop or their website (the "Service") operated by You, Me and Benny ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Ordering Information
CUSTOM ORDERS

We will create your design and send you the design for you to approve - once you approve your item you will be emailed/shared an invoice for payment of your item(s).

YOU MUST PAY FOR YOUR ITEM ONCE DESIGN IS APPROVED.

If you have approved design and paid then we will order the shirt(s)/vinyl the upcoming Friday after your order has been paid for but if you have approved design and not paid then your shirt(s)/vinyl will be ordered the NEXT Friday (or whatever Friday falls after design is approved and order is paid for).

This policy has been added due to recent activity that You, Me and Benny cannot allow and is put in place to protect You, Me and Benny from losing money and to prevent the customer from being banned from You, Me and Benny for not following the terms and conditions we have laid out before you.

Products and Goods
You, Me and Benny creates physical products that are delivered to customers by pick up, drop off or mail. Our products are made to fit what you need and made to withstand everyday wear and tear.

Since our products are custom orders we do not accept returns but we can work with you to get you what you need if the item is not to your satisfaction.

We do accept cancellations but if it’s after the approved time (shirt ordered by You, Me and Benny and cannot be cancelled) we cannot accept them at that point.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by You, Me and Benny.
You, Me and Benny has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that You, Me and Benny shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
