    Returns and exchanges
    I gladly accept exchanges
    Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
    Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
    I don't accept returns or cancellations

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

    Returns and exchange details
    I want you to love your items as much as I love making them! If an item is not what you expected or what you were hoping for, send me an Etsy message or an e-mail at hello [!at] nicoleyoungart.com and I will do my best to fix it for you. I would prefer to simply do an exchange of the item, but I will offer a refund if the circumstances warrant it. I do not offer returns or refunds for cancellations, only if there is a problem with the product.
    Payment
    At this time I am accepting payments through Paypal and most major credit card companies, as well as through Etsy Pay.
    Shipping
    In an effort to make shipping more affordable for everyone, all of my items are sent using Canada Post/USPS regular mail and do not include a tracking number. If you need your item by a certain date, priority shipping is between twenty and thirty dollars. Please contact me if you need alternate shipping arrangements and I will do my absolute best to accommodate you.
