My sewing skills have come in handy over the last 30 years. As a teenager, I loved shopping at second hand stores then altering and re-purposing clothes to fit my style. As a young adult serving in the military, I had to sew countless patches and badges, hem, and mend many uniform items. As a military spouse of over 22 years, relocating every three to five years, I've altered or made curtains to fit our new space to make it feel like home. Being a mother to two young men, I've mended everything from jeans to stuffed animals. We're also a Scouting family so I can't even begin to count how many patches I've stitched!

So now I'm making wonderful items for mothers and their families - an extension of my Doula Love to all mothers that need a little extra support or privacy while on their journey. Your purchase enables me to continue this work providing no-cost childbirth classes to women who otherwise wouldn't have an opportunity to attend a quality class.
