Satisfied with this purchase because husband likes it being less sweet than most. Individually packed with cool, catchy design. Just wished it had the praline flavor I'm most at home with!

I ordered the mini pralines, and immediately received an order acknowledgement with contact information. There was an issue with delivery (which I believe, quite possibly to be at the level of the USPS) and so I sent an email inquiry to YourCoffeeFix. I received a response almost immediately that they were looking into the issue. Not long after, I received their follow up communications. YourCoffeeFix really went above and beyond! Amazing customer service and professional, transparent and very friendly communications. The pralines were awesome, by the way. They tasted just wonderful ... I don't know how pralines are made but these tasted almost buttery, maybe? Not just sweet but rich and you could really taste the pecans.
