Here at YOUR PRETTY THINGS, we're just nice people trying to make the world a more vintage place. We know that purchasing a vintage item online is a special experience- from the search, to the decision to buy, to the package arriving at your doorstep. We are constantly working to improve our listings and procedures in order to provide you the most pleasant experience possible. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about an item. Payment through Paypal is appreciated as soon as you click "purchase".
Please make sure your mailing address is up to date on your Etsy and Paypal account! If addresses are different we cannot ship without confirmation from buyer.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Your country may charge tariffs, fees, duties, or taxes when you import merchandise. Buyer is responsible for any of these additional fees.

Our default shipping method is Priority Mail, though some larger items may specify differently in the description. Priority Mail can be quite expensive at times, especially oversees, so feel free to convo us for the First Class / Parcel Post rate.
Refunds and Exchanges
We try really hard to inspect our items carefully. Keep in mind that all items are used and pre-worn. Occasionally small flaws can be missed.

Our refund policy is exchange only. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving the item, and send it back with delivery confirmation. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs both ways. We promise to take clear photos and make detailed listings so that you can familiarize yourself with an item before purchasing (click on the photos to make them bigger!). If we've made a mistake or misrepresented something please let us know right away. We'll try our hardest to right any wrongs.
