Because we are dealing with digital files, we do not issue refunds once the files have been downloaded. Sample photos are lo-res and watermarked. You WILL receive hi-res 300 dpi PDF files unless otherwise stated.
Keep in mind that monitor colors vary, program colors vary, printers vary, etc., I am not responsible for those differences, if there are any.

Payment
I accept both credit card & PayPal payments.
Shipping
All items are available to you by downloading them onto your computer after payment has been received. You will not receive any physical copies of the file, nor will you receive any printed copies of the items. Once your payment has been processed your digital files will be available for download in your account and an email will be sent to the email address on file with Etsy. All downloaded products are non refundable.
