2-3 weeks handling time. In U.S. 3-5 days USPS shipping times are $4.99. The Global Postal Shipping to Australia has increased CONSIDERABLY. It went up $7 since I set prices last year. So now unfortunately for a simple 4oz package they charge $19. I cannot bear that shipping cost. Canada is $14.99 Australia shipping is $19 due to the new Global Postal Shipping.
Express is still available (link below) for handling times.

ALL outfits are HAND-made in Florida shipped from Florida. I purchase fabric from Spandex World in New York and Sy in Los Angeles. All fabric is pre-washed when it arrives to me by me to remove manufacturer "sizing" chemicals. I don't work with fabric until its been washed. And I buy USA.
Large purchases over $200 will be shipped with signature required priority usps usually. If packages are left "UNCLAIMED" with no valid signature at the address purchaser supplied, according to USPS. Then USPS leaves a note for buyer to pick up the item from post office. Still unclaimed the item would then be returned to sender. And sent back to me there will be a new shipping fee $9.50 minimum, purchaser must pay to resend the package a second time. Be SURE you don't lose access to your etsy account and can always verify that you paid for the item. I can't send out orders to unverified accts from conversations in etsy convos. To change shipping address client must verify acct or be logged in as purchaser. Thanks
LADIES! NO MORE GLUE ON NET FABRICS. ANY FABRIC THAT IS THIN LIKE NET SPANDEX WILL HAVE AUTHENTIC CRYSTALS WITH FIXED, SMOOTH TIFFANY BACKINGS. I am phasing out most glue (even though my glue is non toxic white Gem-Tack by Beacon-the best. I am switching to studs for "go green" so health and environmental health is adhered to.
Once hand made orders are fulfilled and shipped the work has been done. There is a 20%-50% restocking fee on fulfilled orders that are returned for refund to cover work done. (I rarely charge this restock fee, except under extreme conditions.) Full refunds are usually given as long as the outfit is in new condition.
Orders that are not completed can be fully refunded except there is a 10-15% handling fee due to technical and clerical work.

I had such high hopes from this seller after going back and forth with her. I actually can’t even wear this outfit it’s that bad. Worse experience on Etsy I’ve ever had.

Care instructions
All fabric is PRE-WASHED before sewing. Fabric bought in USA. Outfits made in Florida. Hand wash all outfits in cold water, don't soak, don't put in dryer. Hang dry. If you do put in the washer use delicate setting and put outfit in a garment washing pouch or tied pillow case to go through the wash cycle. Outfits with rhinestones- When left in very hot car above 75 degrees outside temperatures in car can rise to over 100 degrees, some sticking may occur from glue around stone. Gently pull stuck together fabric apart,It won't hurt the outfit. if necessary hold onto the rhinestone securing it to it's place on the outfit to keep it attached when pulling apart gently. Generally stones stay attached even under these circumstances.

Why so expensive?
Every outfit is made with the highest quality of fabric/Spandex 4 ways stretch 80% Nylon 20% Spandex blend contains the highest amount of Spandex available. All outfits are hand made by me. Except the listings that show "production partner" these are made in the USA by a friend who also does custom exotic-wear which fits my high quality standards.
