**I will not be taking orders for custom items from June 1 - August 15, so that I can spend the summer vacation with my family. Completed and Ready to ship items will be listed throughout the summer.**

If you need an item in a RUSH ~ PLEASE, PLEASE contact me prior to your purchase!! I cannot guarantee that items will be received in time, if I do not know about the need for rush BEFORE your purchase. Thank you! Items are normally completed with a 14 business day time frame (business days are Mon-Fri). Shipping times will depend on location and service chosen. I do not work on weekends, so if you message me late on Saturday or Sunday, I will follow up with you on Monday. Thank you!

Please read my listings carefully. Some are "ready to ship" and some are "custom".
Ready to ship - item is completed and will be sent to you as pictured.
Custom - item will be made at the time of your purchase/cleared payment. And will be made to your specifications! In most cases, you may choose size, color of threads, and designs to be used on your item.
If you don't see the item or design you are looking for in my shop...just contact me!

Completion of items: Approx 14 days to complete prior to shipping your item. Holidays and large orders may increase this time frame....Please place your order early if you are looking for gifts for holidays, or if your order is for a large number of items.

I am the sole proprietor of my shop. I do not have employees or helpers. I try my best to answer questions and respond to e-mails within 24 hours.
Please note that I will not send emails confirming orders or emails updating the progress of your item. You will receive an email from etsy confirming that your order was received. And you will also receive an email from Paypal confirming that your payment was received. You will also receive an e-mail from either paypal or etsy when your item has been shipped, along with a tracking number. Please keep watch on your spam folder, as some of these e-mails do go to spam.

If you have a question or concern regarding your order... please just ask.


I accept payment only through Paypal.


Most of my items will ship via First Class or Priority Mail. First Class Mail within the United States can take up to 10 days. During the Holidays should expect more delays. If you need your item in a rush...I would suggest requesting the Priority Mail which normally only takes 2-3 days. Please just contact me, and I can adjust the listing for you.

To keep my costs down, I do not automatically add insurance, unless the item is valued at $50 or more. If you would like the added security of insurance for items less than $50, please let me know and I can add the cost to your invoice. I cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or late deliveries on items without insurance. If you purchase the insurance and your item is lost, I will send you the receipt so that you may make a claim with the post office for your item.

Once a package leaves my hands at the post office...I have done all I can do. The rest is up to the USPS to get the item to where it should go and within a reasonable amount of time.

I will gladly ship worldwide! Please contact me if you need a price for your country. Shipping times to countries outside the US can sometimes be unpredictable. I cannot be responsible for items that are not insured. Please request insurance if you are concerned about delivery. Keep in mind that insurance is not available to all countries.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns cannot be accepted on items that have been personalized, unless I have made a mistake in spelling . I allow you to choose the color and font on most items. Please be clear in your instructions for me. And please double check spelling of names, etc. I will request more information if I do not understand something.

Custom Orders - Please contact me!

Vendor information: Please do not ask me to disclose my vendor lists. (Vendors where I purchase supplies, premade items I embroider, etc) It has taken me many hours, a lot of leg work, over several years to find grow relationships with the vendors I use. Therefore, I would expect others to do the same, and not ask me to disclose my lists. There are websites available who offer a vendor list for you to purchase. Please use a google or similar search engine to find lists like this.

Wholesale and Consignment - At this time, I do not offer wholesale prices. You are welcome to contact me about bulk orders at a discount...but my prices at this time are as low as I can go. You must purchase the items from my shop. I can set up a special listing for you, if you need more than I have listed.
I am not currently accepting offers for consignment.
