About Us

Thanks for visiting our store! It is an adventure run by my sister Luci and I (Jenni). I live in Provo, Utah and I have a little boy named Marty and a little diva named Choe-Belle. I have a BA in Music. I am married to my sweetheart and ultimate support, Brandon, who is a grad student at BYU. Luci also has two smashingly cute children named Izobel and William and is studying to be a Naturopathic Doctor. She and her wonderful husband Davis live in Buhl, Idaho. Luci is my sister and best friend. We are twins, but a rather unusual pair as I was born 18 months before her. We are two halves of one brain. Luci is logical, analytical, driven and down-to-earth, and I am creative, artistic and a complete flibbertigibbet. Together, we are a force to be reckoned with! Luci runs the business side of things, and I am the designer. We BOTH spend all day every day curled in an embarrassing mountain of yarn, whipping out dozens of hats. You should see that states of our homes during the Halloween rush. No. Never mind. You shouldn't. It looks like a tornado went through a yarn warehouse. We enjoy crocheting and have been doing it since we were little girls. We were taught by our Grandma Patty and Nana Janice. Luci and I crochet out of our heads; we have never used patterns. No need for them. :)

We began this exciting and BUSY journey just over two years ago. Luci was working as a receptionist in a veterinary clinic, and I was a caregiver in an assisted living home. We both loved our jobs because we love to work, but there was something we loved and wanted even more. We wanted desperately to be stay-at-home Moms. Our kids are our #1 priority. Simply quitting our jobs wasn't an option. Our husbands were in school, and could only work part time. An epiphany struck like lightening one day as Luci and I were sitting together on the couch pondering the universe. I was crocheting something ridiculous. Luci picked it up and pronounced, 'Jenni...you are going to make me rich.' And with that, our Etsy shop began. It started out with a handful of of boring headbands, dim greyish photography, and the winning name 'Crocheted Cuddles'. Yes. I am still embarrassed. Despite our misguided direction, we pressed forward. Our shop grew and grew from there, until we made our real breakthrough--the doll wigs. Luci and I have always loved yarn wigs. When Luci and I were little girls we played with yarn Raggedy Ann wigs our Grandma made. The first doll hat I made was actually a joke on my husband. My daughter Chloe is as bald as a peach, and one day I made a full, silly blonde doll hat for her. When Brandon came home and found that his 6-month-old daughter had randomly sprouted an enormous mop of yarn hair he nearly died laughing. I put it in the shop a little hesitantly. Previously I had tried to design things that were really trendy or stylish. As soon as the wig hit Etsy we had an explosion of sales. I realized that my strength as an artist was in my sense of humor, NOT my sense of fashion. I had to be true to myself and design things that would make people laugh. Fashion trends don't really make people happy. They make people blend in. Now, I design hats that are happy, imaginative, colorful, weird and completely out of the box. Business has been booming ever since.

Because of you, our wonderful customers, Luci and I are with our kids where we belong, happily supporting our little families from the comfort and chaos of our own homes.

Returns and exchange details
Providing a great product/service for our customers is our #1 concern. If there is a problem with the item PLEASE let us know and we will help work things out.

PLEASE MEASURE your baby's head. Do not go with a past doctor appointment measurement. Sizing issues happen when customers do not measure their child's head before purchasing. If you have any questions about how and where to measure, please contact us.

Returns: If a refund is requested, we will happily oblige, however the buyer is required to ship the item back to us before the money will be refunded. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping. Customers must contact us within 72 hrs of delivery confirmation from USPS in order to return a purchase and receive a refund. The item must be returned in the original packaging. The return package must be sent out within 2 days of return arrangement with the shop owner and a tracking number for the return must be provided by the customer. Refunds will not be given for returns that are not mailed promptly.

Exchanges: We do offer exchanges. Customers must contact us within 72 hrs of delivery confirmation from USPS in order to exchange the purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Customers must provide a tracking number for the returned item. Due to the nature of these products being handmade to order, exchanges are subject to the current production timeframe.

We are firm on the policy that the customer must contact us within 72 hrs of delivery confirmation if they would like to request a return or exchange. We don't make exceptions to this policy, because sadly we have had customers use our products for events and then try to return them. Due to the nature of being a small handmade shop, we cannot afford to conduct our business as a rental shop.

Occasionally people purchase our wigs for their pets. We do not offer returns or exchanges for products that have been put on animals.

We do not refund shipping costs once the item has shipped.
**The Pandemic has been affecting shipping delivery both internationally and domestically. Package delivery companies are delaying and even losing packages. We are not issuing refunds for packages that are delayed or lost in the mail through June 30th 2020. We will get the packages out in a timely manner, but when they leave our facility we no longer have control of the package. Please be aware of the risk of possible shipping delays or losses when placing an order with us. **

Our made to order items are currently on a 14 day production time. The ready to ship items ship within 1 business day.

* Domestic orders: Ship USPS mail which takes approximately 1 Week.

* International orders: USPS international first class mail. Shipping takes 10 days to 5 weeks, with the average being 2-3 weeks. Delivery could take longer if the item is held at customs, and USPS does NOT guarantee delivery date. This shipping option tracks packages only up to the point the item leaves the States. For faster shipping with tracking, please contact us for a quote.

*It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify that the shipping address provided on the order is correct. If your order is placed with an incorrect shipping address contact us immediately, and we can correct the address on the order. If we are not contacted, and the address is incorrect, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.

*SHIPPING INSURANCE*We are responsible for your lovely purchase until it reaches the Post Office. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or mis-delivered packages. We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. If you would like to insure your package, purchase the SHIPPING INSURANCE listing in our shop. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund.

International orders may be subject to customs fees. All taxes and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Sales: We love running sales to give our customers great deals. Sale prices are only available during the event. Purchases must be made during the event to receive the discounted price. We will not honor a sale price once that event has ended. If you miss the sale, follow our social media pages to be notified of the next Sale event.

What is your current processing time?

Current production time on made to order items is 14 business days. Our goal is to ship items sooner than 14 business days, but this can not be promised unless the rush add-on is purchased. If you purchase from the Ready To Ship section, your order will ship in 1 business day.

Once my order ships, how long will it take to receive?

For customers in the USA USPS estimates 2-3 business days for delivery. This is an ESTIMATE and not guaranteed. Please budget enough time and place your order early for special events.

International customers: We ship USPS first class international mail. This shipping generally takes 10-14 days, although it can take longer depending on how quickly the package moves through customs. If you need your item(s) by a specific date, please contact us for shipping upgrade options.
