Thanks so much for visiting my shop. I design and create all of the glass pieces myself. I love taking part in the creative process and I'm happiest when I'm working on something like the items you see here. I hope you love them as much as I enjoyed making them.

Payment accepted via PayPal & Direct Checkout. Payment is due upon checkout.

CA STATE RESIDENTS: 7.5% statewide sales tax (effective April 1, 2013) will be added upon checkout.
Shipping
Domestic shipment will be within 2 business days of receipt of payment via USPS First Class, Priority Mail, Standard Post or FedEx Ground depending on final package weight and size. If you need faster delivery, please convo me for a price quote.

International shipment will be within 3 business days of receipt of payment via USPS First Class International Mail. Please note that buyer is responsible for any customs and duty fees.

All items are packed and wrapped for shipping with extreme care. I use recycled packaging materials whenever possible.

If you would like an item drop-shipped (ie, shipped to someone else's address other than the buyer), please specify the separate shipping address when you are checking out. Thank you for your cooperation.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. No exchanges or returns for refund.

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in shipping, buyer must email detailed photos of damage and make a claim with the carrier. If the package arrives with visible damage, please advise driver at time of delivery. Once I receive photos and details about the damaged item, I will evaluate the situation and contact the buyer with an agreeable solution.
