I bought 2 - 1 gold & 1 rose gold. They are very very light weight (almost to the point that it looks/feels cheap). Shipping was not included, and it took some time to get it :( A little disappointed w/items :(

▹ MY STORY
Growing up, I have always been painfully aware of my skinny arms and wrists. I hid under long-sleeve shirts and sweaters and dreaded summers. As an adult, self-confidence comes a little easier and I've come to embrace what my mama gave me. Being petite was never a real issue clothing wise- retailers often carry a petite line or have sizes that cater to the extra-extra-small (if not, you can get it tailored or shop the juniors' section!). But as jewelry trends shifted toward a more wrist-centric style, I encountered a problem- nobody offered a smaller size!

▹ THE SEARCH FOR THE PERFECT FIT
You can definitely get watches resized, but bracelets? That gets tricky or expensive. I can usually fit department store bangles up to my biceps (which is not a bad look if you're going for a Cleopatra sort of thing). And why take so many steps when you can have it all in one shop? A few years ago when bracelets became the new statement jewelry (can we retire the phrase "arm-candy" yet?), I started making a couple of gold link bracelets for myself and sold the extra on Etsy for other fellow petite wristers. The orders starting pouring in (for all sizes!) and the hobby borne out of necessity quickly became a full-fledged business.

▹ ALLERGIES? GREEN METAL?
I make my designs out of the best quality material I can find (more often than not from fellow Etsy suppliers!) and they are hypoallergenic and tarnish resistant, whether by anodizing or using real plated gold. I also try to make my designs to compliment each other so you can have a cohesive collection of wonderfully custom-fitted jewelry. The perfect fit can make such a difference towards feeling put together and polished.

All orders within the U.S. will be shipped via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. Orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment. Shipping times are estimates given by the USPS and are not guarantees. All orders are automatically insured.

△ △ △ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS △ △ △
All orders outside the U.S. are shipped via USPS First Class International and may take anywhere from 2 weeks (amazing time-lucky you!) to 4 weeks (a more common and realistic time). International orders may take even longer in some circumstances due to high volume or customs. Buyer is responsible for any custom fees/taxes/import duties that may be charged by your home country's postal service. Please understand that I am not able to track a package once it leaves the U.S. stateside exit point unless you have arranged with me beforehand to upgrade to Registered Mail. If you would like to upgrade to International Priority or Express Mail, please message me.

Your new baubles will arrive in a black satin dust bag for easy storage or gifting. If you are interested in gift wrapping, please see gift box options in the shop under the "services" section. Small orders will be shipped in a poly bubble mailer. Large or delicate orders will be shipped in a box with bubble wrap and air cushioning. Priority Shipping upgraded orders will be shipped in USPS Priority boxes.

Please let me know of any deadlines you need before you place an order. I am not responsible for any missed deadlines that have not been disclosed with me prior to placing the order.

△ △ △ WRONG ADDRESSES △ △ △
I cannot be of much help when it comes to inaccurate addresses. If you place an order and realize that you sent the wrong address, please contact me immediately! I ship orders very quickly and cannot track the item down after it ships, and neither can the post office. I can only wait and cross my fingers that it will be "returned to sender" or forwarded to you. If it is returned to me, I can reship after additional shipping is paid (by the buyer), or I can refund your order minus the original shipping cost.

△ △ △ LOST MAIL △ △ △
All domestic packages are sent with a tracking number. International orders are not traceable past their stateside exit point, but you can often use the label number and speak to your post master about your package if delays occur (contact me to upgrade to Registered Mail for complete tracking). Please understand that failures in delivery or the postal service are out of my control, as I do not hand deliver each package, but contact me and I will help you as best I can. If we have filed a missing parcel claim together with your postmaster and all else fails, I will arrange for a reship of your order.

If you live in an area where mail might be left on your doorstep if your mailbox is full or if you live in an area where mail might easily be stolen, please contact me for Signature on Delivery. I ship in discreet packaging but you never know who has x-ray vision and wants your baubles! :)

Refunds and Exchanges

◌ ◌ ◌ LIFETIME CARE POLICY ◌ ◌ ◌
All of my items come with a lifetime care policy (not applicable on normal wear and tear) and I resize my items (except pave items) free of charge. Pave items are $5 for a resize, shipping is included. International resize orders may incur an extra charge for shipping.

◌ ◌ ◌ MATERIALS ◌ ◌ ◌
I strive to use only the best materials possible for my shop, so that you can truly get what you pay for. All of my chain-based designs are made from electroplated aluminum alloy (unless otherwise stated). This material gives the chain incredible durability while keeping the design lightweight for endless stacking/layering possibilities. Electroplating makes the chain highly tarnish resistant and allergy/sensitive skin safe (I have metal allergies). I source almost all of my supplies from fellow Etsy sellers (support small!)

◌ ◌ ◌ DAMAGED ITEMS ◌ ◌ ◌
I carefully inspect all items before I package them up appropriately for shipment (see Packaging policies above), but sadly things out of our control can happen during shipment. If you receive a damaged item, please contact me immediately and provide a clear photo of both the item and packaging.

◌ ◌ ◌ REFUNDS ◌ ◌ ◌
I do give out refunds in very special circumstances but please know that in the case a refund, you must contact me within 3 days of the delivery date. All items must be returned to me in the original packaging (dust bags, bubble wrap, etc) and in unworn condition within 7 days of your delivery date (unless otherwise stated by me). Return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer. I am not able to refund any shipping costs from the original transaction.

Sometimes an item you envisioned doesn't work out in real life. That's okay! If you would like to try another item in my shop, simply send me a message and we can make that happen. Please note that beyond 14 days, an exchange is not possible. If I have given your exchange the go ahead, all items must be returned to me in the original packaging (dust bags, bubble wrap, etc) and in unworn condition within 7 days. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer. I will send an invoice for any cost differences and ship out your new item free of charge.

Sizing details

Sizing details are located in the item description section of each listing. Please follow the carefully tested instructions to find your perfect fit. If an item does not fit to your liking, no worries, I offer resizing on most of my designs free of charge, just pay shipping.

Care instructions

Most of my designs (unless otherwise stated) are gold-plated. This means that the gold tone, the rate depending on a variety of factors (environment, skin pH levels, frequency of wear, etc), will eventually fade. Gold that does not fade is gold-filled, which is a very big jump in price. I try to use the best quality gold plating so that designs will last longer, but the better care given to your new jewelry, the longer they will last. Keep them away from sweat, humidity, constant rubbing against skin, oils, any kind of water. Wipe them down with a clean, dry cloth after use to keep the gold fresh and bright.

Wholesale availability

I would love to help you stock your brick & mortar shop or online boutique. Please contact me for wholesale pricing with the quantities you wish to order or your purchasing budget. While your order may not qualify for my wholesale discount, it may be eligible for my bulk discount.

Shop location

While I do not have a physical location, all items ship from beautiful Seattle, WA. Sometimes you can find me at craft fairs or markets, however I am not able to do meet-ups or local pick ups.
