Seller communicated quickly, but you should know if youre purchasing that the listing says its 16x16 and it's not. Mine was 14x15. I ordered about 4 weeks before I needed it as a gift and I requested ivory and sent four photos of the hue I wanted. The seller said she couldnt do actual printed sample patches that quickly so I trusted the images would give an accurate enough look. I should have asked for a picture of her computer color she was going to print (or she should have offered prior to printing). When I received it the color was a yellowy-lime cream... Not exactly what I was going for. My friend said she'll put it in her dog bed Just be careful about your color requests, ask for an image before she prints, and know it's not a 16x16. If that's fine with you then you should be happy. I would be hesitant to buy again
