Announcement    It is a pleasure and an honor to continue to do what I love ... making fun and functional collars, leashes and many other accessories for our beloved pets and their humans. There are many designs and patterns that are not shown here ... if there is something you are seeking please feel free to ask - just might be able to make your wish come true! When looking thru if you see a ribbon that you would like but would want it in a manner other than shown … please ask!

Zamora's is currently in the process of changing over to offer what Etsy calls FREE SHIPPING (for domestic orders) ... Etsy sellers are being coerced to make these changes by Etsy's CEO ... if we don't we will be basically placed in Etsy Siberia. So, as Etsy 'suggests' I am incorporating the cost of shipping into the price of Zamora's items. We all know that shipping is not free, I do wish I were able to offer it, but sadly I cannot. I've tried to be fair, any shipping overage charges are refunded to you once the shipping label is generated. This happens when multiple items are purchased together. Thank you for your understanding ... looking forward to making you something special!

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
All orders are custom-made for you. Please be sure to measure correctly. If there is a defect, please contact me immediately. I will make it right! The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs (except for defects or errors). I will redo your item if it has a defect, if you have ordered the wrong size - an exchange can be made. I want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Items returned must be in new condition. All exchanges must be made within 10 days. I will make exchanges in the case of the wrong size or width ordered, you will be responsible for all shipping costs (if you have questions or concerns, let’s talk). I do not accept returns, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Exchanges are granted for any damage during shipping, or any defects in the quality of the product. Refunds will be issued via the original form of payment, once the returned item has been received, less the shipping. Exchanges will be mailed out after I have received the returned item and the new shipping fee has been received. If an item is received damaged due to post office mishandling, please make a claim with your post office and send me pictures.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. My turnaround time is quick, so beyond 24 hours your order may already be made and ready to ship.

Your order will be shipped to you within 1 to 4 days of order. tracking information will be provided for you to follow delivery. First Class for both domestic or international … unless you request something different. We cannot be held responsible for the post office's delays. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties. Please be aware that your order can be held in customs for several weeks. (We hope it won't!!!)
Additional policies and FAQs
Most collars and leashes are hand or machine washable, lay them flat to dry. Ribbon will wear and fade with frequent wear and washing.

Zamora’s strives to make you high quality collars and leashes, only you know the strength of your own pet. Please check your products frequently to ensure everything is still safe for your pet. Purchaser assumes all responsibility after purchase.

I pride myself on customer service. If you have a problem, please contact me. We know that sometimes we can't avoid certain problems that may arise, but I can try! This being said, please do not leave bad feedback if you order the wrong size for your pet, we can work something out ....
