4 out of 5 starsAt first, I only received very small samples that were difficult to use to visualize them in the room for my project. The shipping also took quite a while. I left a review about that experience and included photos of those small swatches. Fortunately, the company immediately reached out and very quickly (quicker than original order) sent me larger, more appropriately sized swatches. Because I think that's a sign that they want to make things right with customers, I've upgraded my rating. I hesitate to give 5 stars because of the initial hassle and long shipping time, but I still will be ordering my custom cushions from them, and I will rate that with a fresh point of view.

Is it only outdoor cushions you customize?
Outdoor cushions, replacement cushions, RV cushions, boat cushions, throw pillows, awnings, pergola covers, and on the list goes.
You name it, and we’ll customize it for you!
Do you deliver to my location? And what will be the shipping charges?
If you live in the United States then the answer is an emphatic YES!
If your order value is more than $500, then we’ll ship for free!
Else there will be a flat shipping fee of $45.

A maximum of 4 weeks!
Since each order is unique and has to be custom hand-built, the entire journey to bring your creation to life is 4 weeks. (In most cases we deliver sooner!)

All the Sunbrella® and Agora® fabrics come with a 5-Year Manufacturers warranty. The foams are sourced for their quality and will last an easy 3 years. More, if taken a little care of 🙂

Once the fabric is cut, and production of the order has started, we will be unable to cancel the order. Since each order is unique, we will not be able to use your custom-designed cushions elsewhere.

We follow a strict No Return/No Refund Policy due to the unique nature of each order.
If the cushions got damaged in shipping, or do not match the dimensions(1-inch tolerance), we would gladly replace them.
Where will the cushions be manufactured?
We are based in Colorado. The product will be made in USA, Mexico or India from our manufacturing units based on the fabric stocking. Each facility follows standard production quality.
