5 out of 5 starsPerfect shopping experience! Fabulous customer service arrived quickly, packaged well. Only issue is my 6 year old Granddaughter has to have the teacher close her bottle. So far that’s my only complaint.

5 out of 5 starsI purchased 4 of the water/ beverage bottles for my Grandchildren.They were perfect and the kids loved them for school. I had them each personalized which they liked. They were exactly as advertised.Kim the owner(ZaZo) was most helpful,very patient and appreciative of my purchases. I recommend her business highly,great products and fabulous customer service. Also they arrived quickly and it wasn’t a problem to have 2 items going to one address and 2 going to another and they were packaged very nicely. Thumbs up all the way around.

The quality of the customization is excellent, and they look soooo cute. You can tell that the attention to detail was there, and not just slapped on. Also, I really appreciate the thoughtful packaging; my cups were delivered in perfect condition. Overall, I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for personalized cups – you won't be disappointed!

5 out of 5 starsI can not rave enough about ZaZo and this super cute tumbler! When I ordered, I kept my expectations in check as the quality of items like this can be hit or miss. Boy was I wrong! Not only are the colors vibrant, but the overall quality of the tumblr (the image, the glass, the lid, and even the straw!) is top notch. The store owner, Kim, has also been very helpful when I had a question (yes, it's dishwasher safe) and the personalized touches on the packaging were great!
