Owner was super nice, I had a question before placing a order and he got back to me quick and gave me a heads up on this new product early and even reminded me when it was available. But sadly the oil gave my wife a burning feeling in the rear area so we had to quickly wash everything off. The oil is a dark orange color I wasn’t expecting and the consistency of the water base lube is clumpy and smells like oats and it’s not attractive. But the oil works good for massages still it’s very slippery and lasts 🤷🏽‍♂️ Mainly bought as a donation so I’m not upset.
