I purchased this rucksack for my daughter as a graduation gift. It was well crafted of lovely materials. It is sturdy and large enough to carry her 15" laptop and cord, sketchbook/pencils, and two days of clothes. I expect her to get many years of use out of this bag. Ordering was easy and the item arrived quickly and without any issues.

Shipping
Your purchases will be shipped via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation within 2-3 business days after payment has been received for in-stock items. For custom and made-to-order items, please allow extra time- about two weeks for production. Contact me for more details.
Small items such as pencil cases will be shipped via First Class domestic or International mail.
I use new USPS mailing boxes or recycled, very clean shipping boxes.

INSURANCE:
If you want to purchase insurance for your domestic or international package , please convo me prior to purchasing your bag. I will find out the cost and let you know.

I will ship to your Paypal address unless you tell me otherwise.

I package your items with the utmost care and I cannot be held responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen during transit. Please be sure your address is accurate.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: I ship international orders via International PRIORITY mail with a tracking number. The transit time is 6 to 10 business days. I find this method much faster and reliable than International First Class shipping. If you want to purchase insurance for your package, please let me know as well.

Small items such as pencil cases will be shipped First Class International.

Should you want to reduce shipping costs and use First Class shipping instead of Priority, please convo me prior to making your purchase and I will find out the cost for you.
Please remember that there is no way to track a package when shipping First Class.
Insurance is not available for International First Class shipping.

Packages are marked in accordance with postal guidelines.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please email me within three days of delivery with a refund or exchange request stating the reason for the return.
Items must be returned within five days of request and must arrive in unused condition. Please wrap the item carefully to protect it during transit. I will not be able to refund your money if the item is damaged,
I will exchange the item or refund the cost of the item upon receipt, but I regretfully cannot refund the shipping charges.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Additional policies and FAQs
DESCRIPTIONS: Please take the time to read the description for each item. I try to be very accurate in describing the shape and size of each bag. If you have a question regarding size please convo me.

Regarding colors, keep in mind that colors will vary between computer monitors. If you are unsure about a fabric color or texture I will be happy to send you a small sample for a nominal fee.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

I will be happy to fulfill custom orders under the following conditions:

Colors and fabric- If you like a bag design in my shop, but you would like it in a different color or fabric (or a different color lining) just ask-
Extra pockets- If you need extra pockets, as long as the design of the bag allows it- just ask.

The price of the bag may increase depending on the changes - I will let you know.

I am not able to modify the size of my bags. I create my designs according to precise measurements that work well together. Altering the size might change the whole design and balance of the bag- we certainly don't want that.

SALES ON CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL. Your bag will be made to your own specifications and as such I will not be able to sell it to anyone else.

I take great care in describing each item accurately (color, dimensions, materials).
As each item is crafted individually, some minor variations may occur. It is the beauty of handmade items, each one is unique...

If there is a problem with an item, please email me and give me a chance to fix it. The key to happy transactions is communication.

WHOLESALE
I am not currently accepting wholesale orders. However, if you are in need of a small number (up to 20) of the same item, I will be happy to talk with you.
I do not work on a consignment basis.
