• All items must be unworn, unlaundered, and with original tags where applicable to be considered for a return or exchange.
• A shipping service that provides tracking and insurance is highly recommended, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
• We do not refund original shipping charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.
• All sale items, weekly deals, personalization (with name), clearance and seasonal items are final sale unless an error occurred on our part.

**RESTOCKING FEE
All accepted returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.

All packages are shipped via USPS.

**RUSH FEE
If needing your order sooner than the posted turnaround time (RUSH) or have an expected due date PLEASE let us know immediately which will allow sufficient lead time to complete your order as we wont be held responsible for short notices. Rush fee of $12.00 + $2.00 for each additional set will be applied.

**CLEARANCE / READY TO SHIP
All sales are final for items within the clearance / ready to ship section
No refunds or exchanges will accepted.

**CUSTOM REQUEST
We do accept custom orders and special requests. All sets can be modified within reason for such changes please contact us prior to ordering to ensuring clarity.

**PERSONALIZATION / MONOGRAMMING
We do offer personalization on most sets for an additional $12.50. Of course appliqueing is our specialty just contact us and we may be able to give you exactly what you desire.

**HAIR ACCESSORIES
A matching hair bow or headband with hair bow attached can be made to match any set in the store. Just let us know prior to purchase and we can set you up a custom listing for the outfit and hair bow all at once.

**SIZING
Our designs has been TRIED and TESTED and we can say with all certainty that you will receive a sets that will be to garment industry sizing. Our clothing line runs true to size with a little room for growth and shrinkage. All we ask is that customers input the size their little one most often wears in the message to seller box when checking out. If there are concerns that the child may not be standard sizing please contact us prior to purchase.

You will receive the exact item that you purchased, in the condition that we have stated in the listing.
