Accepted payment methods

All payments must be made in US Dollars. Only PayPal is accepted. All payments must be made in full at time of order. No items may be placed on hold. If payment is not received within seven (7) days from the date of order, Zambialilly reserve the right to cancel the order and re-list the product.
Orders will be shipped within five (5) business days of receipt of payment. Once payment is received, Buyer will be contacted via e-mail with shipping information.
Order will be shipped first class via USPS for orders under $50.00, or UPS for orders $50.00 or over. Contact Zambialilly for cost estimate for international orders. Insurance is required on orders over $50.00 and will be included in the shipping & handling costs.
Orders will be shipped to PayPal address, unless otherwise noted. Zambialilly is not responsible for delays or costs incurred from incorrect addresses or undeliverable orders.
Because each product sold by Zambialilly is one of a kind, if damage is incurred during shipping no replacements can be made. Zambialilly will make every effort to pack and ship each order with the utmost care to ensure your order arrives safely.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns can be made within seven (7) business days of arrival. Buyer will be refunded the purchase price less shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Item must be returned in its original condition. No return will be accepted without prior agreement. Email notification will be sent upon the arrival of the return. If the product does not arrive in sellable condition, or if seven (7) business have passed since the original purchase date, no refund will be given.

All Special Orders are non-refundable.

Feedback will be provided for the Buyer once the order has been paid for and received. Negative feedback will be given for failure to pay, poor communication, and canceled orders.
Any and all feedback on Buyer’s experience is welcome and appreciated! However, if feedback is unjustified, mean-spirited, or retaliatory, it will be reported to and Buyer will be placed on a Do Not Sell To list at Zambialilly.
