Welcome to Zarabadim Handycrafts, a space reserved for all who seek unique dolls and acessories, made with love and quality, ideal to make a nice and exclusive gift!

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I hope you will love your new purchase. If you are not happy, I offer you a 15 calendar days return policy, after the delivery date of the product. Before you return the product, please send an email stating the order number you are planning to return.

However, the following items can't be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items on sale

The right to return only apply when the item is send unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Did you receive a damaged item? A picture will always be required, otherwise we won't replace/refund.

After receiving the returned item, Zarabadim Handycrafts will refund the total costs (minus shipment cost) to your PayPal account. If the item do turn out to be used or damaged, a common impairment charge will be calculated.

There will be no refunds for shipping charges and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Only PayPal can be accepted as a form of payment.

You can pay using PayPal even if you do not have an account on their website. In this case, select "I do not have a Paypal account" at payment, and you will be able to use your credit card directly.

Please let me know if you have any problems with the payment and we'll see what we can do together.

If payment is not confirmed after 6 calendar days, I will cancel the sale.
Currently, we ship in the EU.

Tracked shipping is not provided, if you would prefer it please specify in your order keeping in mind that the shipping prices will go up in that case.

International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties or taxes (if any), assessed by the destination country.

If you requested a custom order, I will send you a photograph of the item before I send it to you , to ensure that everything is according to your request.

Please understand that I have no influence on the shipping time. This is done by P&T Post Luxembourg.
