5 out of 5 starsPretty happy with the sandals! Communication with the seller was easy. Shipping was quick, the sandals look a feel great. They fit pretty well, and they are so soft from inside that I was able to walk in them right away without any issues. The only small thing, I had to get coupe of extra holes to a sandal buckle strap, so you might want to confirm your strap size with the seller.

4 out of 5 starsThe watch saddle ad said it would fit several sizes of lug width. I had to cut some leather for my 21mm lug width to go on the saddle.

Thank you for your feedback. For this order, we received personalization for initials only, and no specific lug width measurement was provided. As stated in our listing, we offer standard lug sizes, and custom sizes are always available upon request. When no lug width is specified, we prepare the piece according to standard sizing. A 21mm lug width is considered a non-standard size, and we would have been happy to craft it to the exact measurement if informed before production. We have since updated the description to make this clearer for future customers. We’re always happy to craft to your exact case size and lug width — please message us before ordering.
