I ordered the grey headband for my son. He has a very large head and the XL fit well. The item is nicely made and it was received quickly after ordering. Artist was communicative.

The Zebber Handmade shop is dedicated to high-quality handcrafted goods & gifts. I want you to be 100% happy when you shop here, so please read below for an outline of my store practices. Feel free to contact me directly if your questions have not been answered!

Accepted payment methods

Payment must clear before an order can ship.
I ship all orders through USPS, once payment has been received. An order will not be processed until payment has cleared.

If you're shopping for the holidays, orders must be placed by Dec. 15th for guaranteed delivery by Dec. 24th.
Refunds and Exchanges
I accept returns and exchanges for scarves & paper goods only.

Unless they arrive damaged, I cannot accept returns for:
• Hair products (including knit headbands & ear warmers)
• Custom/personalized items
• Digital downloads
• Sale items

If you wish to make a return or exchange, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be shipped back to me within 30 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returned items must be in their original condition (unopened, unworn & unwashed) in order to be refunded. Once I receive your returned item(s), I will issue a refund of your transaction (shipping costs are non-refundable).

If items are not returned in their original condition, the buyer is responsible for partial loss of value, and you will be refunded 50% of the item's purchase price.

Please contact me if you have not received your order within 14 days of the shipment date. Usually, I will contact you within 14 days if I notice unusual inactivity on the package’s tracking. If the package is still missing after 20 days from the date shipped, I will file a missing mail claim. Once 30 days have passed from the shipment date, I will offer you the option for a full-value refund or a reshipment of your order.

Refunds will not be issued for missing orders that appear delivered on USPS tracking.

If your order arrives in damaged condition or you receive the wrong item, I ask that you please send me a photo of the damaged or incorrect item within 14 days of delivery. Images can be attached at the bottom of the Etsy conversation. I will gladly send you a new item as soon as I receive visual confirmation.

Depending on the item and/or nature of the damage, I may ask you to send your item back in order to receive a replacement. In such cases, I will re-send your order once I receive the damaged/incorrect item(s).
