My order arrived damaged during shipping, but the seller was very kind and responsive, accepted my refund request, and Etsy’s Buyer Protection Program fully covered the order. The seller also offered helpful guidance on restoring the mask, which I appreciated. While I can’t fully assess its original condition due to the damage, the mask is well modeled, painted, and sturdy as a prop. Buyers should note that the interior may need sanding for comfort, visibility through the eye sockets is limited, and some basic craft experience may be helpful for assembly or repairs; such as with the applying of the requested harness.

I ordered this head because I didn't have time to make one on my own in time for a convention. It arrived quickly & was fairly well crafted. It needed a few modifications to be complete (jaw needed to have straps added for movement (the included foam you bite i assume? is not sufficient), the ears werent extended enough, so they sat flush with his head till modded - see before/after pic - & the helmet padding needed replaced to even fit), but besides that was very nice. I only complain that it was 80% completed, because if you pay almost a grand for a 3D printed head that's painted, fabric & foamed, with a screw or two added, then I expect it to be fully ready to go. With a lil bit of TLC it really shines. The seller was kind & helpful. I enjoyed making the rest of Foxy & the head completed it! 9/10 stars. Highly recommend.

I'm so beyond happy with this order!! This was my first ever 3D print i've worked with and the seller was so incredible by helping with my questions! The mask came with a broken ear itself but they quickly told me how I could repair it along with tools I would need to work on the mask. Love the way it came out at the end, can't wait to wear it to conventions in a week!! Would definitely recommend this seller, I genuinely can't thank them enough for all of their help!

The mask came in on time as said. Good condition only one problem is fix is as I went to check in the box saw one of the teeth broke off not a bad fix tho. Everything else great work
